UPDATE- If you can get Tony in New Orleans to help you she will get it done. She's my favorite person in the world today. She cares and was so sweet. In my opinion the best employee they have. She wasn't going to give up. Zach was absolutely great. He stayed late and helped my sister and her husband purchase their new mattress and there just so happened to be an opening for the following Wednesday to have the bed delivered which was HUGE because it was urgent that they receive it. I've had my sleep number for almost 2 years and the bed itself is great. BEWARE THE DELIVERY TEAM AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IF YOU NEED TO ACCOMPLISH ANYTHING!!! In my personal experience they literally tried to drop the bed and run. I had to convince them to set it up(seeing as delivery and installation is $250 I thought that was important, I know I'm CRAZY) but that was nothing compared to my sister's experience. They were schedule to come deliver the bed to the house where she was moving in. She didn't have a bed that belonged to her as she was moving back to the states after years abroad. We had people at the house from 8am that morning just in case they came early. The window came and went NO CONTACT. Finally she contacted customer service that told her they'd come and there was no answer and no answer when they tried to call. No missed call on her phone, no text, no notification of any kind and they now told her the soonest they could deliver was 2 weeks away. That SHATTERED her world and meant she couldn't move into the house she was paying for unless she wanted to sleep on the floor. The supervisors were even ruder than "Claire" (they won't give u any details so u can't complain about them) the night before. Just "We can't do anything. We took it off the truck and it's headed back to the Carolinas." So you waste gas and manpower to ship a mattress back to the warehouse that u will need to truck back in 2 weeks. Read moreI would like to start off by saying that this review is for the company as a whole and not the workers at this particular location. I wish I could give a review of 0 stars because this was the worst experience of purchasing a bed in my life. I paid for the bed in January, February is almost over, and I still do not have my bed. They have canceled and rescheduled the delivery FOUR times now. Most of the times only giving me a 10-minute heads up that they were not coming. The first time they canceled I did not even receive a phone call, I had to call them to find out that they would not be delivering my bed. I have done so much to prepare for this new bed; shoveling, washing sheets, moving furniture, and rescheduling multiple doctors appointments to accommodate their schedule. Not to mention I have been doing all of this while my leg is in a cast. The last time they canceled I had received a text in the morning letting me know they were on their way and the bed would be delivered between 9am - 12pm. I thought finally I would get my much-needed new bed, I again rearranged furniture and took all my sheets off to wash and made sure there was no ice on the walkway. After waiting for over three hours and with only 10 minutes until noon, I received a call letting me know that they were going to reschedule, yet again. On top of that, I would not be receiving my bed for another whole month! I have spent hours on the phone trying to sort all this out and I am just so deeply disappointed with the service that was provided to me. If you are considering purchasing a bed from here, I strongly suggest that you reconsider and save yourself countless hours of stress and phone calls. P.S. She took the time to ask questions about our current bed (what we liked, what we didn't like) and what we were looking for. She was so patient in giving us information and giving us the opportunity to discuss our choices without any pressure to purchase. She just let us take our time to make sure we chose which bed felt right for us. My wife and I were really impressed with her professionalism, knowledge and over all kindness.
