Went to check this place out when they opened. The place is located in a great area, adjacent to Planet Fitness (so great compliment to a workout), among other stores that include food options as well. The place is still new and they are still forming their membership types, but they currently have two tiers, both for individual use only while still contemplating adding a family membership version. Base membership runs at $70 pp/mo. You can also buy hours, either buy one hour access, two hour (I think they currently have a promo where you get buy one hour and the second is 50% off), or you can buy a time card and they'll punch the card however long you stayed. As you walk in you can see an array of obstacle courses (ninja gym), most of them would require at least some level of agility/training to complete. All of them have a start point and a finish point, that way people don't collide; people are encouraged to wait until the current ninja is traversing. To the left of the room you can see an array of different-sized walls, steps and handrails, this is the parkour zone. This area is smaller compared to the rest of the gym it has vast intricacies, nooks and crannies, but most importantly, fluidity, so you can traverse the course efficiently and continuously. Towards the back they have a large bouldering wall with several routes that range from easy to intermediate. Crash pads are still a little stiff so careful when you drop. Here on the back you'll see various obstacles, including the warped wall (with several lengths), a slack line, and an assortment of low level obstacles. Lastly, towards the back of the building you'll see the hardest level obstacle courses, including a second warped wall (same lengths), the salmon ladder, chimney climb, and two majestic and insane level courses, each progressively getting harder and harder towards the end. I walked around and talked to several staff members, all very friendly and welcoming, and all very engaged. I understand they are currently looking for a climbing wall instructor, so if you are, or know someone,...

Went there last Saturday and the building was absolutely freezing even with your coat on. I guess I should have looked into this one better before taking my seven year old. Most of the obstacles are for adults, nost being unused at all since it was mostly full of.kids between 5 and 10 years old that couldnt reach. The only child sized obstacles had kids going every which way with no one direcing them where to g so it's impossible if your child wants to complete the course. They do have this really neat concrete parcor setup....with absolutely no padding underneath. Unfortunately mine seemed to like this area the best while I tried not to panic while she jumped around on 5 ft concrete structures without a soft spot to land. Trampoline area was a hit. She wanted dip n dots from the machine...but it was out of order. Tried to play air hockey and and no luck dispensed after you swiped your play card. None of the games she played had any tickets dispense from the machine that she had one. I mean it's not horrible....it's partially my fault I didn't look into this place better but next time I think we will stick to the several Trampoline parks in Columbus that have more to offer for her age group....and...

I attended a kids party at Ninja Citi on 5/4, and I have to say, it was a disappointment from start to finish. Where do I even begin?

First off, the younger male operator of the wipeout machine seemed to have it out for the kids, spinning it at an absurd speed even when smaller kids were on it. And when most kids wisely decided to lay down to avoid getting smacked, the operator just kept it going, ignoring the cries of one poor child who actually got hurt. I get that it’s a wipeout machine, but read the ones participating and adjust. The female associate running it earlier did a great job for the kids who were on it. Seems like the folks working could use some safety training.

The lighting in one area was flickering, and from what I gathered, it's been like that for a while. I also had the pleasure of spotting a small roach in one of the party rooms. Gross.

And finally, the bathrooms. Yikes. No soap in the accessible stall in the women’s room. Dirty, aged, and just...

My son and I tried Ninja City for the first time, yesterday. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality and accessibility of the obstacle course (ninja warrior stuff). The trampoline area is nice, but is much less the focus than the ninja and rock climbing (for trampoline, I'd suggest Get Air near Hilliard/UA). My son and I both left pretty tired and I'm sore today! My only criticism of Ninja City is some potentially dangerous placements of bolts securing the obstacles. Example: the rope swing after the balance rolling obstacle terminates with a horizontal bar at knee-height with a bolt sticking out about an inch - should a kid or adult stumble, that would be a vicious impact. I think adding a cover over the mounting hardware, or repositioning bolts and nuts away from likely impact points, could make the obstacles a little safer. Overall, we were both happy to play together here and look forward to returning!

Website says they close at 9PM but front desk denied me of playing and checking out this place arriving at 811PM. This guy told me they dont allow anyone to play after 8PM, sad and disappointed. Not too friendly for a ninja:( btw, i stopped by on 5/11/22 @ 811PM and I drove about 40 mins just to check it out Updated 5/17 I stopped by again the other day and was able to play around for an hr. I paid $19+ for an hr with socks. Place is huge and lots of fun obstacles. But not for serious ninja who aspire to be on the show. Kids for sure would have fun. I noted their mat on the salmon ladder is very stiff, I wish they provide a thicker cushion for the guests safety. The mats on the other obstacles are too narrow that if you miss to hang on, you could end up on the cement floor. I hope they hire a safety consultant.
