Everything about this place was terrible. I ordered online at 8 pm. I waited 40 minutes at home for the status to change to ready it still didnt and the est time was 8:32 so i just drive up there- i arrived at 8:45 ( live right down the road) The door was locked. I couldnt get in the phones were not being answered. There was a line formed behind me all of us had ordered online and one girl even just ordered inside 10 min prior- the staff to include your unprofessional " manager" stood behind the counter and laughed at us all and told us drive through only. We all tried to explain we already paid and needed pizzas out the portal. They still laughed at us. The manager then escorted someone out the door told me he didnt care it was paid for and in the portal he was only doing drive through the lobby closed at 9 - it was not 9 pm he then closed the door in our faces and walked away shrugging and smirking - the drive through was clearly taking orders still and making the pizzas as i sat there until 9:40 to get my pizzas that were paid for and in the portal a hour and a half prior!! This manager clearly doesnt know how to run a store - all staff was unprofessional- pizza was all dry and burnt and basically bread with so many air bubbles it was such a joke!!! This location should just shut down every time i need fast dinner they tend to just ruin it all. I have tried to get my employees lunch here feed birthday parties baseball teams and family get togethers i will no longer use this location as long as Dijon is your manager. You cannot just close the lobby 20 minutes early and make people wait a hour in a drive through for pizzas already paid and made hours prior. Terrible...

I pulled up to the window just before time to close, and the employees treated me as politely and patiently as they would at any other time of the day, which pleasantly surprised me because I assumed they would be aggravated at my unpunctuality. The order I requested had to be freshly made, because they already broke the kitchen down for the night, but they seemed glad to serve me.. they asked me to pull around and wait out front, and while I did, an employee knocking the dust off the entry mats, took a moment to stop and engage in conversation, even though he explained that he was worn out from his other two jobs. Once my pizza was ready, they even threw in an order of crazy bread for my wait... I really appreciated the level of optimism the team on shift shared, and enjoyed the fresh, delicious food they made me... They should rename this store BIG CEASARS!
