This is absolutely the worst Pizza Hut in Columbus Georgia ever. Last night on February 16, 2017 I called into place the order at 10:30 PM Eastern standard time. The customer service rep answer the phone asked if I wanted delivery or pick up I advised it was going to be for delivery and she placed me on hold for 15 minutes. When she came back she stated that I would not receive my food until around 11:45 PM. I asked if they were still going to deliver it since they close at 11:00 PM one that night. The representative then caught an attitude and said yes that's why I asked you and told you that it was going to be delivered at 11:45. I said OK, also at the same time I'm saying to myself it should not take that long because it's being delivered less than 10 minutes away, and I only wanted a medium pepperoni and sausage pan pizza. The representative then placed me on hold again and the call dropped. I called the store back for more times and it wrong or four times on the last time I called it wrong someone picked it up and then hung the phone up. When I finally called back a representative from the call center answered I told him what was going on he tried to contact the store himself I advise that I had called 30 minutes ahead of time before they closed. Read moreThis was my first time visiting this Pizza Hut location, and I came in for the $2 pizza deal. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. I placed my order online with a scheduled pick-up time of 2:30 PM and arrived at 2:19 PM. I gave my name at the counter and waited, expecting my order to be ready soon after. Instead, I watched multiple people some who ordered in-store and some who placed their online orders after mine receive their food and leave before me. I even spoke with someone who said they placed their order at 2:00 PM and had already gotten theirs. Meanwhile, I didn’t walk out with my food until 3:48 PM. I spent almost an hour and a half waiting during what was supposed to be my lunch break, and I felt like my order was completely overlooked. I’m not satisfied with the way things were handled, and the wait time was unacceptable. I hope the staff can better manage online orders in the future and treat customers in the order their food was requested. To make matters worse, the person working at the front lacked patience when dealing with customers. It made the long wait feel even more uncomfortable. Read moreThe location is nasty looking, the workers give you a vibe that they don't really give a damn if you order from them or not. I placed an order for delivery tonight and when I received my order over an hour later my food was cold and the driver left my drink at the store! Mind you the actual store is about 5 mins away by car! I immediately called to complain and was placed on hold for a total of ten minutes! The driver returned with my soda and i ranted to him about my experience because noone at the store could be reached. He was new and an absolute sweetheart and told me he would speak to someone and see what they could do about fixing my situation. Needless to say I've heard nothing back and after calling them a fifth and final time I will NEVER order from this particular location again! You've just lost a great customer because when I order I order a good $30-$45 worth of food! We will drive the extra 15 minutes out the way to go to another location.
