I made a reservation for 12 people and showed up and there was a table for 8. No one greeted us or even asked if we were the right party for that table and we had to find other tables to put together to make enough room for the entire party. Once our server came over she was not very friendly and only stood at the end of the table to take drink/food orders and if you didn’t see her at the end of the table then you missed your chance to get what you needed. When she would come back for with our drinks she would stand at the end of the table and make the people pass the drinks down to the end of the table (there was plenty of room on both sides of the table for her to hand out drinks on her own). Also, my friend ordered mild wings after specifically asking which ones were mild bc she didn’t like hot wings and when they came out she got hot wings. She brought this to the servers attention and her only suggestion for correcting the issues was to bring more ranch. We also had to go to the bar a few times to get drinks bc the waitress was so slow, I brought this to the bartender (who I think may have been the manager) attention and his only response was “we are under staffed.” I understand you’re understaffed but an apology goes a long way. I was highly disappointed in the service. After we finished our food we left and went to another bar. No sense in staying and giving them our money when they clearly could care less to help us and...
Read moreBe very careful about ordering carry out during the stay at home orders and restaurant closures. For one, they have ENTIRELY too many people working in there at a time (especially in the evenings) given current circumstances. And the kitchen is not big. Several of the staff members are also not social distancing and hanging out in the back of the building after closing. I live in Hilliard Station and have seen this often lately driving through the parking lot and when I am getting my mail from the mailbox area. Yea it’s outside but they are not staying as far apart as they should be. I wouldn’t want people breathing on, handling, or preparing my food and coming to work during this time knowing they are doing that. Definitely staying away from Lucky’s. Going to support those local businesses who have better food, prices, and service/employees...and who are following social distancing policies and limiting the number of people around and in contact...
Read moreGood food but one of the waitresses was very rude. You'd think with the minimal amount of patrons that continue to frequent these bar restaurants, staff would want to do everything they can to keep customers coming back. With this kind of interaction there's a slim chance I'll be back any time soon.
When I returned to pick up my order (first order was wrong) I went to the only waitress I saw who without even looking at me just gave me a "ya hold on" while she refilled some water cups, and then walked away from me dismissively. When she came back I said I was there to pick up my corrected order (which I could see in a bag behind the bar), and again was dismissive when I explained that I see the food right behind her. When she finally turned around she looked in the bag and then walked away saying it'll be up soon. Finally the bartender/manager maybe came over and handed me the bag she just...
