I hope this feedback is received in which it is intended. Please note, I did not go in person, this was from my Uber Eats delivery.
There are a few opportunities MaiThai has to improve on. Reading other comments, I was skeptical about the Red Curry but figure I would give it a shot (I love this dish everywhere else) unfortunately it is INCREDIBLY over salted, to the point it is almost inedible. Luckily it comes with plain white rice which I have mixed in to try and mild out the saltiness. I hope someone at MaiThai adjusts the recipe just a tad to help correct the issue.
Next, the delivery was very late and I do not blame my driver. I had a couple drivers quit the delivery because of how long it was taking. Maybe this is a staffing issue? Or kitchen organization?
Lastly, I was missing my entire portion of potstickers. So on top of the food I DID receive not tasting the best and the food arriving very late, it was the cherry on top to also not receive my entire order. Very disappointing.
My positive feedback is on the Thai iced tea; tasty, sweet...

Ingredients are surprisingly high quality (shrimp was perfect) but the ratios were off. My Thom ka was way too sweet. My pad thai had the ingredients I expect in pad thai but just not enough of them. I added fish sauce, peanut butter and some extra lime at home and it became acceptable.
The green curry was good but nothing special.
Also i ordered a 2 for the Thom ka and a 3 for the pad thai but the Thom ka was way spicier than the pad thai.
This place has potential. Hopefully they figure it out because I'm tired of driving all the way to Refugee...

They have a vegan menu with many options, which is great. Service was fast and food was piping hot. But flavor was not great and was too greasy and salty.
We picked up take out while visiting Chesterland. We got the veg spring rolls, which were Ok but VERY greasy and contained mostly vermicelli noodles, the panang curry which was just “meh”- lacking vegetables and not very flavorful, and the Louis’ tofu which was swimming in a too salty brown sauce- the snowpeas were not cleaned and the baby corn was huge and tough, but the mushrooms...
