I don’t normally write reviews but for the price I am EXTREMELY disappointed. We ordered two hours before close, so I understand that there might be some irritation there but there is no excuse for how disappointing and gross our food was.

We ordered a custom bowl, Nutella chia seed pudding, and cauliflower wings. The bowl was missing two ingredients, the rice was hard, there was no sauce when I ordered extra, the egg wasn’t cooked all the way, and I received onions when I’m allergic (it’s mild allergy still not a welcome sight). The cauliflower wings were cauliflower with little to no breading and sauce. The pudding was the wrong kind: we received banana after not ordering that. My roommate (who the pudding was for) cannot eat high potassium foods due to her medication.

Our order came to around $46 in total including tip and delivery fees. For what we received this is such an insane price and I am really disappointed that a restaurant that specializes in healthy food for restricted diets would give us wrong items at the possibility of allergic reactions to them. I understand our allergies and prescriptions aren’t super common but as someone who works in food you should NEVER substitute an item for another without customer confirmation. If we had received ANY contact from the store before we got our order quite a few of these issues wouldn’t have happened. I hope this place improves but I will not be returning...

Wanted to share my past few experiences. I’ve always loved the “dont cauliflower it a comeback”. This used to be excellent. Used to get a heaping bowl with vegan ranch. The last three times I’ve ordered it: -No ranch at all -Rice was crunchy on one order -Portions have gotten MUCH smaller It’s not a cheap meal option, paying that much I want serious quality. In response to crunchy rice they gave me 10% off next meal. This final time there was no ranch, they were going to try to refund me $3 for the “missing items”. Pretty garbage. Had to press hard for full refund…hope it goes through. Don’t usually complain on Google reviews but thought I should share. I think after a long time hoping they would do better I am finally done...

Ordered Moonbowls for the 1st time today via DoorDash. There was a BOGO promo on the Sweet Chicken Kimchi bowls, so that's what I got. It was DELICIOUS!

The bowl included: Chicken in a sweet brown sauce, marinated kale, roasted corn, a few mushrooms, pickled onions, and spicy kimchi. You have your base choice as either marinated kale or brown rice. For my free bowl I got the rice base and haven't tried that yet. 1 bowl will give me 2 meals for sure.

Only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because there wasn't much Chicken in there but it was overall very tasty and it made for the perfect light lunch. Will DEF order from here again. Aesthetically, the delivery bag and takeout containers were a...
