This restaurant don’t have dining and it is located in a shady area close to downtown where you feel someone will abduct you. I can totally understand that it is a cloud kitchen but how you got the idea to have it there where no one can dare to visit?
Ordered the Vijayawada boneless chicken biryani from their website and thought 4.7 rating would be genuine but it is not. Chicken was almost like a charcoal and humans can't condiments it. The food tastes below average and I can say it as poor.
Anyone whoever is new to the city and want to try this restaurant based on the ratings, please be careful don't visit in person.
After the response from the owner :
I changed the rating to 1. When someone gives a rating don't give gyaan about your history of 370 ratings and my AWS certification detials you picked from LinkedIn. Better find a solution how not to serve the charcoal chicken to customer. Fix your chef and your attitude boss.

My friend,
You don't need to advice me on what I have to do. I am posting my review on something what I felt. I know you are not happy and more than that your ego was hurt. It happens. So focus on your business or try to move this to a different location where customers can easily locate instead of having it in a...
Read moreOk few gotchas with this place. Google maps said this is a restaurant in its search. And it’s not it’s just a food kitchen in cloud and is in not so good neighborhood. Once i ordered two dishes their order said about 10-15 min wait (ordered chicken biryani & goat biryani & eggs) but they took over 30 mins for food to be ready as i waited in the parking lot in cold. Both food item prices are extremely high about 25% higher for a low cost cloud food kitchen like this with no human contact more than sit-in restaurants for similar items. Extremely poor quality food. Chicken was not cooked too big pieces with only bones and Goat meat did not taste like Goat or Lamb at all as what it should be and was not cooked. Rice is poor quality not basmati generally used for Biryanis. No will never order here again. This place is only using technology to its advantage more than focusing on food quality and prices. And to top it all the restroom were closed in the building as inoperative. Not sure how the city allows this building to operate. Rarely i give low ratings and this one deserves it based on my...
Read moreMy forever namaste to Namaste Biryani. 1st of all, the name says its a restaurant which by default says its a dine in place, but it really is a cloud kitchen with only pickup option. Placed my order and waited easily for 20 mins and when I checked the order status, it was still in received status and had to call them to check, after my call they picked up my order to start cooking. It took a whole 35 mins for 2 biryani pickup where they claimed it would be ready in 12-16 mins. This was still ok. Let me get to the next funniest thing, these guys charge you $2 for selecting spice level per dish. While this was not enough the portion served was literally ⅓ of what we usually get in any other “restaurant” for a lesser cost. Finally coming to the quality of the biryani, all I could feel was Rice dipped in all kind of spice, it was so so so spicy(please note we did not select any spice level as it was costing $2 additional). There was no real taste of biryani. I am not ordering from this...
