Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Columbus

Poor job done by staff of Marco’s Pizza #1191 ! I ordered a XL White Cheese - well done, no bacon. I received a pizza that I cannot recognize with bacon. Called back to the shop and I receive the information that my pizza was there. I returned to the shop, I had to wait 10 minutes without any assistance from employees. I asked loudly for someone change/replace the pizza, then an employee came with the pizza that I have ordered - but the pizza was NOT WELL DONE. Usually pretty good but today my order arrived 1 1/2 hours after estimated delivery time. If your busy update your system so people know. I called 45 min after delivery time and guy who answered asked how can I help you only to put me on hold while I was talking. 5 min later a lady picked up said it would be here in next 5 minutes. 45 min later it arrives warm but stale like day old reheated pizza. I called and politely asked for a refund I do t live here just passing through

The Indian girl tried to tell me she doesn’t know how to do a refund and the manager is gone and she is the only person in the store
