A customer ordered food through a company I worked for. The customer was upset because of how poorly made the food was. He was angry because his teriyaki looked and tasted dry. He told me to return the food. I never left the parking lot. I walked back in and tell the lady who helped that the gentleman didn’t want the food and wanted his money back. She told you guy don’t do refunds? Even McDonald’s will refund something when you bring the bring the food back. I told her I’m sorry but I have to as my client asks. She calls the store manager who comes in yelling. I told him I didn’t understand why he was upset, I had the food and card as well as the receipt for the order. So I decided to leave but as I was walking out another customer was taking a video and apologize for the Supervisor response to me. He sent me the video and told me to post it on our blog. I’ve never ate at your restaurant but after tonight, the way things were handled, I couldn’t imagine going there ever again. Read moreI have been going to this location since the late 1980's. the food is prepared with a traditional wok. The fried rice is finished in the wok and that gives it its great flavor. The staff are always friendly and the food is hot and fresh. 2 of my favorite dishes are the mark pi chicken on a bed of white rice. It has a little hint of spice but no overwhelming. My go to is the chicken rice rice. enough for two to 3 people and it is 5.95. if you need to have a side this is a great choice or as i do, eat it as my lunch. Come hungry and leave with leftovers. clean restaurant, friendly staff help with your choices.. you can ask for changes in most items. I get extra chicken on my mark pi's. If you are looking for a new go to in asian wok cooking look no further...
Read moreI have been going to this location for years. My last visit was disappointing. I ordered my food and had to repeat it 6 times. After paying for my food, I asked to add an order of extra chicken to the Almond Boneless Chicken. The cashier put it as a "tip" on my receipt instead of just ringing up the $4.00 separately. When the chicken was being cut up, it was the size of a red skin potato. I didn't say anything about the chicken but I did ask for the cup of brown gravy to be filled. The cashier - who was the one bagging the food- said they only give one scoop per order. I then commented that for $4.00 i paid for the extra chicken was overcharged since the chicken was so little. I will not be visiting this...
