Mark Pi's Express — Restaurant in Columbus

Was very unsatisfied!! My chicken had tons of fat on it so I couldn’t eat it. They didn’t give much chicken for the price that they charge. Also my fried rice was very soggy and over done. I asked Chris the manager if he could remake my food with no fat or if he could give me a refund he told me no! So now I have to file a dispute with my bank because of the managers poor customer service. I will never go here for lunch again and I would never recommend this place to no one.

Edit: As previously stated I asked for my food to be remade or a refund and you didn’t acknowledge either one that is bad business. You gave me exactly 10 pieces of small chicken and it was mostly filled with fat as I showed you at your store location. You seen it with your own eyes Chris and you still did not accommodate anything ! Bad Business the food was disgusting !

2nd Edit: Your establishment is unprofessional please start purchasing good quality meat and maybe people would actually enjoy your food! I have already disputed the transaction. New to the area. I've eaten here in the past and was decent. However today not the case. I ordered house lomein and my first bite tasted off. So I decided to eat one on 3 shrimps and had to spit it out. The shrimp was bad. Explained the off taste. I called to tell them and the person on the phone acted confused. I don't know how else to explain that shrimp tasted bad other than its bad but he wanted to know how it tasted bad. So he goes to check the shrimp and proceeded to tell me that the shrimp are good for now so he can't understand why mine tasted bad. Then he tells me that he doesn't know what I want him to do about it...... really? I guess I paid for food I can't eat and was offered no resolution. I said I guess I won't come back which he followed with....ok. if you order from here be leary or don't have any taste buds because they won't know what to tell you if it's bad. ...

I LOVE this place! Wish it was everywhere but this is the only location I’ve been to and I will drive across the city to get to it when I’m craving it which is frequently. I’ve had several dishes here, all great. I originally came here alone and brought back my wife who equally enjoys eating here. Wife’s favorite dish is the Sesame Chicken which has those little miniature corn cobs and she likes it for that, and my favorite dish which is why I’m writing this review is the HOT PEPPER CHICKEN. I don’t have a photo of my wife’s dish unfortunately. I have been here around 20 times for the same dish HOT PEPPER CHICKEN. You have to try it! They are fast/friendly/food is delicious/and definitely hit the top of my list for places to eat when I want rice/chicken. Try it you won’t be disappointed and the prices...
