Massey's Pizza — Restaurant in Columbus

14 people in here, and I have to ask if they will have pizza on the buffet.... seriously? It's a buffet. It's 12:15 pm prime lunch h time and I have to ask for a pizza. Corporate needs to monitor their satellite stores. I've eaten Masseys for 30+ years at the Whitehall location. Should have just gone out of my way and eaten there.

Added to this on 4/16/2017 I gave it another try only because I was meeting friends there. It all started with a phone call to the place asking about if they sold gift cards. They said yes. So i didnt discourage my buddies from going to this location. I arrived early to get the gift card out of the way before meeting my friends. So I said to the owner I needed a gift card, he responded with, my machine is broken down and I can't issue one.....So I responded with, why didn't you tell me that when I called? What a jerk. Then someone from the crowd yelled from across the room, don't give him any money he doesn't put any pizza out on the buffet. So this is a regular thing with this location. Turns out it's a franchise location. This was a bad idea letting this guy get hold of a Masseys Pizza location. They have wonderful pizza. This location needs shut down, or change the name. He is dragging the good name right through the mud. I will never go back there. I also added more pictures of the amount of people in the store with a picture of the two slices of pizza for 15 other people in the restaurant. And we had to ask for salad as well. What a shame. ETA: The store owner reached out to me about this. He offered an apology and said they'd use this as a training example. I was also given another specialty pizza and we ate it tonight. It was half supreme and half hawian. Very tasty. Nice crunchy thin crust. My family enjoyed it.

Ordered online. Selected a large Philly Cheese Steak pizza and added Tomatoes and mushrooms and was charged for the extra toppings. Pizza arrived quickly but was missing any of the cheese steak toppings. No onions, green peppers, or cheese on top. Called back and was offered a discount on my next purchase. I'm a first and last time customer. When I asked at the very least that they refunded my money for the extra toppings I was denied. The only option I was left with was returning my 1/4 eaten pizza for a refund (my kids were hungry....) Very disappointed in how this was handled. While the online ordering system may be flawed it is not my issue. I would have been happy with a correctly made replacement pizza. Also the mozzarella sticks we ordered were soggy and had to be reheated in the oven to...

This place has really gone down hill. By the looks of everything, I'm assuming that there's new management now. Well this new management seems to be doing a poor job not only with customer service but also with their product.

I ordered the Chicago style pizza and a small cheeseburger pizza. I was told it would be ready in 25 minutes. I get there after 30 minutes and the guy at the front desk gladly accepts my money first, then tells me it's going to be another 20 minutes, without any reason why. Since I was in a good mood I was ok with that. Well, I wited just about 20 minutes and they gave me my two pizzas. The small cheesburger pizza was luke warm and looked like it had been sitting around a while. The chicago style pizza was about 80% cooked.
