If you work here and hate your job ???? Quit!!! Your attitudes as employees of a public business just are plain unacceptable....but I'm sure management has to hire some warm bodies to hand out wrong orders and look at customers like they are disturbing you while you are at " work"( used loosely)....I see a few workers that seem to try ...but for most part this is one of the worst McD I've been to ...as far as service and feeling like you are a customer instead of a nuisance....my order was wrong....so was the guys in front of mine....and one guy ahead of us left with that guys order....confused? Me too...it's ashamed we must write a terrible review on a place like this....it's a fast food joint...every order is set up and just needs to be assembled ....packaged.... And relayed to the customer....pretty simple ....i did notice one who I think was a manager tell the others they needed to " get it together" after the order confusion.....she seemed to make an effort .....but your still only as strong as the crew working for her....I sympathise with her position and I believe it's a little higher up the chain to correct the issues....please help her make this location as good as others that stand out as a enjoyable place to eat...
Read moreI really wish they would hire better Managers. We waited in a drive thru line for $30 mins. The two cars ahead of us eventually drove off. So we pulled up, told them two cars ahead of us drove off and asked them to repeat our order so we could pay for our order and not someone else's. So they repeat our order back to us, we pay the man at the window, pull up to the next window to receive our order. The lady hands us the happy meal and my bfs sweet tea, I asked for a half sweet half unsweet tea for me. I then waited 15 more mins just for my beverage. We are about to pull off when I notice my drink tastes completely unsweet and our daughter doesn't have her Apple juice in her happy meal. I then go inside with my receipt and the items to explain. I waited 10mins for the manager or anyone really to come and assist me. The manager finally shows up and rudely tells me to help myself and walks away leaving several other customers who had just walked in waiting with no one to take thier orders. I've heard of slow and some poor service but damn. There's too many people who need jobs and wouldn't think about treating customers this way. McDonald's you need to hire...
Read moreAte there Jan 3rd aprox 1:35-2pm drive thru was full so we opted to eat inside. The service was horrible. Stood at the empty counter waiting to be helped...then opted to help ourselves at the kiosk instead of wasting any more time waiting. Witnessed others attempt to receive service only to end up walking out since no one was helping. When the employees did speak they were short abrupt and cold as if angry that they had to interact. I witnessed a male employee go into the mens restroom while still wearing his headset and then come out of the restroom adjusting the headset and his mask and return straight back to work. I witnessed a female employee walk outside and carry in some type of plug in speaker and return behind the counter to handle food without washing her hands. Witnessed a female employee grabbing the nose of her mask and immediately handling food . The food was mediocre. My double quarter pounder was half cooked. 1 patty was pink while the other was brown. The fries were hot and delicious, and my husband's nuggets were fine. I would not recommend this location...very...
