McDonald's — Restaurant in Columbus

Generally for fast food I give a fair shake and don't expect quality food, and generally the restaurant meets the minimum. Today was the frustrating day when it didn't. I ordered food in the drive thru, brought the food home and got someone else's order. There was no receipt with the order. I called, waited longer than I should have had to for a call and was told they'd replace the order so I headed back. I waited 8 minutes before I could put in my order with the manager who didn't actually listen to my order, got it wrong again, and didn't put it into the computer and didn't tell anyone else or confirm that it was good. After another 5 minutes another person came to the register, asked, I gave the order more impatiently (but I've worked minimum wage McDonald's and I got it). They put my order into the system, at which time the manager finally put together the order - based on what they thought it was, gave it to my and at that point I was hungry, tired and running late so I took the wrong order, the correct second order was clearer from the system as though it was made correctly and I once again ended up with the wrong food. And this sort of thing happens, nobody bats 100 every single time, working in the pandemic with a skeleton crew is horrible and everyone is vastly underpaid, but all I wanted was a sausage biscuit and two hash browns and I ended with a sausage muffin and a single hash brown, and no receipts for any...

Spicy Chicken Sandwich! Why should my review be any longer?

The spicy chicken sandwich at Wendy's holds a sweet place in my heart. It was the first chicken sandwich I've ever enjoyed, let alone, it was spicy. Back then, chicken sandwiches at the main fast food chains around here were... meh. For the most part, the patties were a mash-up of chickens pressed into hockey pucks.

The first time ordering and tasting this sandwich, I knew it was something special. The patty was an actual piece of chicken! The spicy isn't overwhelming for someone that lacks any sense as to what spicy is anymore, but for the noob, you'll get a little kick!

I've stayed away from my review of the establishment. Everytime I've ordered here, I have not been disappointed. The food is always hot and service is prompt and courteous. The only letdowns I can attest to is sometimes missing my sauce for the nuggets and a random salad topping.

Cant say I have been here when it is really busy, but I know I have not had to wait long to...

If you would like to have great customer service great food excellent greetings in communication between a company that wants to provide excellent services in food and a consumer then don't bother coming here.

Went through drive-through and was not even spoken to or acknowledged as a human being by the person accepting payment and the person providing food.

Came back a few hours later only out of desperation trust me and pulled up to the first window where you hey while someone stood inside doing something and the window remain closed and after I sat there 5 minutes pulled up to the second window told them that nobody came into the window prior and the lady said all that was my manager she was probably counting money and I said well that really sucks because she didn't even acknowledge us or tell us to pull up or even give us a hand signal.

I kind of assumed with my prior visit a few hours earlier that the manager was the person to thanks for the great customer service and judging by the second...
