Dishonest employees and poor customer service.
I ordered food via the mobile site and selected drive thru pickup at 12:07 pm. Upon arrival at 12:20 there was a long line at the drive thru and I understand this is out of their control. I decided it would be acceptable to go inside and pick up since the order should be waiting. I parked and ran inside and went to the mobile pickup spot. I was not acknowledged for close to five mins. I spoke up and asked if I could pick up my order. I was told I needed to get in line. I advised it is a mobile order and was told I had to wait in line even though there is a mobile pick up spot.
My kids were in the car so I decided I would just need to wait in the drive thru line. We waited and it is now after 12:30. I told them I placed an order online and was told to pull up to the window. When I did the person said I needed to come inside to pick up my food. I said I selected drive thru as my pickup and couldn't come back inside and wait. I was told this store's policy doesn’t allow drive thru online orders. My response was that I have an email here that says you do and that I would wait right where I was until I receive either a refund or my food. They said my order wasn’t ready and I again said food or money. I was told I would have to go online for a refund. I did not trust this so I put my car in park and got online looking for the refund procedure. I asked the manager for help and she said I would have to call someone. I looked up the customer service number as she directed. When I started dialing the corporate number the team member asked me to pull forward and again said the I would have to go online for for a refund. In turn, I said I would need conformation before I left. She said she didn't even have an order for me, but yet she gave me a cash refund for my order. My order was $23.98 and she gave me $24.00. Clearly there was an order but the staff did not care enough about customer service to make it right.
As an aside, I don't see anywhere on their mobile ordering service where I could request a refund, nor did I see where the location doesn’t accept drive through orders via the web.

Read moreCustomer service varies. My second visit to this location may be my last. My first visit was outstanding, the lady at the drive thru was super friendly and accommodating of my walk-up needs(my vehicle that day didn't fit through the drive thru), on top of that, I was only there for about 90 seconds before I had my food.
Today I went back and it was not so great. I pulled up to the speaker and was asked to wait, a couple minutes later they were ready to take my order. Not a big deal, but mildly annoying. I placed my order and had to repeat things a few times for the lady to get it right, and was told that there would be a 4 to 5 minute wait for chicken sandwiches, I told her that would be fine. I pulled up to the window and the lady at the window had an Air Pod in one ear, probably why I had to repeat my order, again not the end of the world.
My big problem is that it was not a 4-5 minute wait, it took 18 minutes, I have a 30 minute lunch break and I like to keep it under that. Having to wait that long without being told in advance makes this location a no-go for me.
The order was correct, and the food was good, so that's something.
One last thing, the drive thru has overhead obstructions with no clearance height sign. Every other drive thru I've been to has the height limit posted, I realize that's not a problem for most people, but if you're driving something tall you need to...
Read moreSo this is the first Popeyes that I seem to have an issue with. There is someone who calls herself a manager who works at this location. It is a young African American girl. I don’t know how she ever got promoted to this position or if she was lying to me to not get in trouble with the actual manager at this location. This isn’t the first time I had experienced negative service from her. She always yells at me in a very nasty and rude attitude when I ask for my chicken through the drive through and they don’t have the pieces I am asking for. I am even willing to wait for my request but she gets even more frustrated when I mention this and refuses to make more chicken and continues to berate me. This is an understandable situation, but doesn’t warrant someone yelling at a paying guest over the drive through speaker and then in person when I go to pay. When asked for her name, she refused to give it to me. And said that there is no corporate office to contact and claimed no responsibility for her unnecessary rudeness. I was in Thursday June 19 at around 7:30 when I had yet another negative experience with this so called “manager” who does not know how to speak to guests properly.
