New China Express — Restaurant in Columbus

Today 12/20/2018 around 12 I went in and got two plates.. I love going here never had any bad experience.. So me and my two year old was eating out my plate.. I pick up a piece of chicken and put it in my mouth. I feel the sharp scrape go across the roof of my mouth. When I pull the chicken out its a wire wrapped in the chicken. It was cook in the chicken and was wrapped around it with sharp ends sticking out on both ends.. So I called and talk to Ethan the dude that fixed me plate and he said bring it back up there.. So I took it up there and all he can say was that he was sorry and can give me another plate.. No what if my 2 year old would have ate that piece. . I feel restaurant owners have to be held accountable for improperly prepared food giving it to the public.. Especially when our money paid for it.. I kept the plate with the wire chicken and put it in the freezer and will be contacting a lawyer.. Cause all I keep thinking is what if my 2 year old would have picked it...

I used to always go here for years but recently I have been twice and one lady who works there give you scoops so small, it pisses you off like she being funny. My next post I will have her name, I have almost cursed this lady out but I try to be respectful especially when ordering food. So I said I don’t want you to make my food she gone just stand there so I repeated it and asked for the main lady who is always there making plates for me, she still stood there so I was like you didn’t hear me. Then she spoke a different language under her breath and that was it, I almost lost it even more. Food is good but baby ass plates now more like 25 cent scoop that price a dollar. I have to say since my last visit, it has gotten better. I used to visit here 2 times a week. It was the weekend spot when my fiance was off. Until one visit, something weird was in my food and it wasn't hot. Then the following visit we both fell ill, our gastro and digestive system was beyond foul and controllable. Since then this visit and my last, the food was really, really good. My grand-daughter was brought as an after party daughter dinner. She is 3 now and loves lomien noodles. It was hot, seemed fresh, and back to how it used to be. The sweet tea is even good and back to it's usual sweet fresh taste. I am glad they are back to their usual authentic taste...
