I wish I could give negative stars.. There were more employees just playing on their phones than customers when we went today. They sat us in a area with the other customers that was very warm while the employees sat in the front part of the restaurant that was much cooler. It took a few minutes to be seated as the employee was busy sitting where she could not see customers playing on her phone. My husband walked past the hostesses stand 2 times before someone came to greet us and sit us. Our food did come out very fast hard to eat without utensils after the 2nd time asking we finally got them this was a pattern that continued throughout our time there. Then I looked at my order of crepes. I had a rotten strawberries crepes that tasted like they had been made and frozen and thrown in a microwave. They were thick rubbery and tasted awful. If the rubbery crepes rotten strawberries weren't bad enough there was hair in my food. The waitress finally realized there was a issue this took over 5 minutes and came over and asked if everything was okay. I told her no and showed her the hair and the rotten strawberries. The server said sorry I shouldn't have served this to you like this and took my plate walked away and told who I assume is a manager. She just shook her head as the server was telling her the issue as if having someone's hair and rotten fruit is okay to serve to someone. I say assume because not once did she the manager ever come over and say anything to us. Server brought our check and told us we took the meal off. I will never return to this restaurant ever again. Unprofessional...
Read moreMy family & I were traveling back home to Atlanta and we stopped in for dinner around 10:30PM. We saw they were scheduled to close at midnight & so we had plenty of time. There was an elderly couple having dinner and other than that the restaurant was empty. A lady was mopping the floor near the entrance and so we had to walk on a wet floor, my daughter almost did a split. Then she came and mopped RIGHT BESIDE OUR TABLE. Our waitress was nice, but she was rushing us to the point that when we wanted more coffee she replied that she had already poured it out!! The host was nice and kept telling us corny jokes and by he gave us PLASTIC UTENSILS! The appearance of “we are ready to get out of here” was on full display. I guess they didn’t want to have to wash anymore silverware. As we were leaving (around 11:15PM) the mopping lady followed my wife and daughter into the restroom and proceeded flushed every toilet and as my family was washing their hands she forced her way in front of them to check the soap as they were washing their hands. My wife said that she just stepped back and put her hands up and told the lady that she was making her feel really rushed. The lady replied “oh no we’re just getting ready to close”, this was 45 minutes BEFORE...
Read moreWe had to wait for 5 minutes for someone to come and seat us. (It was not busy!) Food was ok - could have and should have been better. It's used to be excellent. I ordered the spinach mushroom omlette. It was supposed to have hollandaise sauce on it and that was the deciding factor in choosing that omlette. There was only a very small tablespoon sized amount of sauce on it at the end of it. I ordered some extra melted butter on the side because they only put a tiny ball of hard cold butter on the top pancake. I asked twice and it was never brought. (It was not busy!) The food did come out fast tho. We had to ask for napkins and silverware. As you will see in the picture they charged us $3.29 for a small glass of iced tea. There was hardly any ice in it and it melted fast and tasted gross. The price of the omlette seemed fair but I did not get what was described and it was overly hard (not fluffy like it's supposed to be and always has been in the past). And the waitress was all sweatty in the face which was off putting. My husband enjoyed his meal. So yeah it was over $30 once you include the tip. OH! I FINALLY QUALIFIED FOR THE SENIOR MENU AND THEY ONLY HAD 4 CHOICES! They used to have...
