Papa Joe's Pizza — Restaurant in Columbus

I wish I can give a -5 let me tell yall short and simple........ordered food on a sat while I was at work check this they are less than a mile from my job I was told 40 mins to get my food i got so busy at work I didn't realize that 7hrs later I have not received my food or a call to explain why, and most recently on 5-28-25 i placed an order i was told 40 mins well since they played me the first time I called after 1hr just to be told that the driver is on the way well a whole 30mins went pass i called again I was told he is on the way of course I said you told me that 30mins ago I was told he should be there soon how does 40mins turn into 1hr and a half....they are trying to play people after they got your money but they need to know that it is us that's keeping that place open...you mistreat your customers trust your doors will be closed soon we work hard for our money.....and the 2 separate days I ordered i was on lunch and never got to eat trusting this inconsiderate so called business that probably thrives off of black people money....so my thoughts is i will pay the extra money for donatoes, dominoes...etc cause I know it will get delivered...all I got to say is I will never call this place again I...

Well I ordered fried mushrooms,they were burned to a crisp!!! And some of the mushrooms were not even battered!! Tasted nasty as well. Like the oil hadn't been changed in a long while !!! And they serve the mushrooms with marinara sauce. A big fat no on that! $8 for extremely nasty mushrooms!!! 8 wings, which were $12, and they were burnt to a crisp and 1 -2 oz. souffle cup of ranch dressing that came with it . This was my first order from them!! I will never order again from them. Warning, check your food before the driver leaves.!!!! I called back to talk to the manager and the guy on the phone said the manager had just left. I told him about my food. He didn't seem to care. And I asked him why No one had checked the food oder before it had left the building?? That's common procedure in any restauran. Really no response to why no one check the order? Before leaving the building???? The worst food ever!!! Warning, Warning don't...

My experience with this restaurant was quite interesting, I didn’t see Bluetooth pizza on the menu but that’s what I ended up getting. I got nothing, no pizza no service no refund. Maybe Santa clause will bring it for Christmas or something. One day that pizza will come back to haunt you. Sleeping so well you will wake up at 3am and remember my pizza not being delivered. I had to stay up with the kids pooping all day, I had to get dinner and I had to tell them the pizza man was not coming. Do you understand what that does to a child? Do you think my kids will come back down the road? NO!!!!!!! Anywho...
