I had plans to place my order online. We decided that we wanted pizza, breadstix, and pasta. I wasn't sure if the pasta came with breadstix, so I called to ask. The lady said they were out, but would have some ready by 7:00pm (I called at 6:10). I placed my order online, requested my order be done at 7:00, so I could get breadstix. About 5 minutes before time for my food to be ready, I got a call from Pizza Hut telling me that they didn't have any breadstix. I told him that I had called and they said they would have them by 7:00, he told me they didn't even have the dough needed to make them. I went to pick up my order and found that they had charged me too much for my order. When I questioned the lady, she went over the price of each item. They charged me $9.99 for my pastas, instead of $7. I showed her on the app that the pasta should have been $7. She adjusted the price. By this time, my food should have been ready about 15 minutes ago, but I was told that my food wasn't ready yet. While I was waiting for my food, that same lady yelled really loud at an employee that was cooking in the back, after he said something. She yelled loud enough that she could probably be heard yelling by people outside. After waiting about 10 minutes, the same lady said that they are out of pasta and she will need to refund my money. I said "you have got to be kidding me, how am I supposed to feed a family of 5 with a medium pizza." There was another lady working that told her that my food was in the warmer. I looked on the warmer and I realized the food that she was referring to, is the food that I saw when I saw when I arrived about 15 minutes earlier. By the time I arrived home, about 10 minutes away, the food was not warm, the pasta had no flavor, and was under cooked. Read moreI ordered food I was suppose to receive my food 25-35. I called the store after not receiving my food an hour later. I explained the situation to the lady and told her I wanted to cancel. She was very rude and told me I couldn't cancel. I then receive Mt food it took 1 hr and 15 mins. It was cold when we got it. My bread sticks were hard and they gave me 1 little tiny dipping sauce for a double order of breadsticks. My order was just about 35.00 this is unacceptable. The sad thing is this wasn't the first time it has happened and the store doesn't do anything about it. They can at least credit my money back for the sorry service they give. I'm done with this store. I hope everyone who reads really takes the reviews seriously. This really is an awful place. You don't get your money's worth there. Can't figure how to make a new post about this place, but here is an update and pics to show. Once again I ordered from this place cuz Dominos was short staff and not taking orders at the time. When I first get there the door is locked and a girl I think her name was Jessica greeted me and apologized and she told me the order would be up in just a min! She was a sweetheart and thank you for treating me right. So I’m standing there and someone approaches the door, thought it was a costumer but it was the owner or manager since he had a key. He was friendly at first and asked if I been helped and I said yes. He approaches me with the 2 pizzas and asked where my dasher bag was mind you I have a HUGE dasher bag not the little one so I left it in the car I’m not going to lug it around. He was like are you going to get Your bag ever so rudely and I told him I keep my bag in the car and put the food in it once I get to it. And then he told me I BETTER put the pizza in the bag so it’s stays hot for the customer. Excuse me I am not your employee I am door dashers employee.
