Average Cane's, but let me explain, briefly.
Below average food: tenders keep getting smaller tbh and overall quality of the meat has also gone down over the last year or so, surely some distributor changed, who knows 🤷
Above average service (usually): I visit this Cane's often and I typically go in to see who's working during whatever shift, anywhere between 12pm-2am. You'll always be greeted by friendly smiles, and a (usually) clean facility, and if you dine in you will often see emoyees come around cleaning and stocking, etc. They will call orders by name, it's quick and easy, in n out, Bing bang boom 🤌 this location is efficient, that's for sure.
Atmosphere?? : It's Cane's. It's the same Cane's on the other corner of every other road in Columbus. But this is MY Cane's, so...atmosphere? It's very Cane's..sy... Often busy around lunch/dinner on weekends. Decent parking.
Overall, it's an decent Cane's, okay food and a friendly crew 👍 but annoyed at the quality going down. Idc if you raise the price, but I do mind if you lower the quality of my chicken.
Overall - 3/5 The one on Cemetery Rd is sometimes better, but tossup between both tbh.
(active) Tea Updates: 18January : 4/5 sweet tea not so sweet

Read moreThe food was great as usual, friendly staff, clean store (even the bathrooms). The only complaint I have is the really tall manager, Tyrone. I've noticed that the last few times I've come to visit he is either standing with his arms crossed looking like he doesn't want to be there or be is barking orders at employees that can be heard throughout the entire lobby. It's sad really because I've seen two other managers, Jeff and Corella who were absolutely amazing, and it's like Tyrone has given up and doesn't care at all. I've seen the employees feeling very anxious while he is standing basically on their heels yelling at them and not even caring that a customer is on the other side of the counter trying to order. I would like to see him helping or smiling or even greetings guests. He took one woman's order very rudely! He sighed because he had to do work. There was one girl at the register while they were busy and he stood there looking at her until there were like 2 people left in line and THEN he helps her.
Now I love the food, staff and environment and I don't want that part to go unnoticed. I just feel strongly that this one manager could possibly be a downfall and take away from the only store I...
Read moreWhen I arrive at the Establishment I go around the building and go through the designated starting position for the drive through, I take my order and the lady taking my order was very nice but after my order was completed I go to drive to the pay window and before I knew it a very dirty black car pull in front of me without the slightest bit of care for the safety and well bring of Me or my vehicle and completely ignoring the route of the drive thru, and after the car zips infront of me in express my frustration with a honk of my horn, there after a very large ginger man jumps out of his car yelling "I'm not ordering food, I'm just delivering something to my team, and if you want your food cut it out" I proceeded to get my food and leave, but for a Manger to completely ignore the route of the drive thru and to make a weak attempt of a threat after cutting me off is unprofessional and very disturbing, this is a classic example of someone thinking rule don't apply to them simply because it's convenient. I heavily recommend anger management or a retraining of how to deal with customers, I highly recommend going to a different canes or and different chicken...
