Rally's — Restaurant in Columbus

I thought about not doing this, but it's gotta be done. Went there Saturday May 31st 2025. I placed my order. Through drive through..noticed I got the wrong order after I seen what I really need it as I was driving to pay(guess I wasn't looking in the right spot for it). Got to the window I was about to tell her I said the wrong thing. I said sorry...before I could get out anything. I can't do add-ons at the window (rudely) I'm doing drive through an this window. My response I was adding anything, but ok. Get home supposed to have 4 sandwiches only got 3. Messed up 2 of my sandwiches. I go back with , cause the other was missing something easy fix. Told her I was missing a sandwich. Her response was "I bagged them it was 4 in there!" Ma'am no I'm missing one an this sandwich is made wrong. Well I can't remake one if I don't have it. I didn't ask u too. I just want this one remade. Still didn't get my missing sandwich. Where I'm from we don't have a Rally's. So come to the one on E. Broad Street one. Every time I come to Columbus. Never again I'll go to the one in Whitehall. The lady...

Anyway to Rally's East Broad and James Columbus Ohio I asked for chili dogs the 243 and a mother cruncher I understand when you have the answering program on but when a human being answered an ask welcome to Rally can I take your order and I place the order and they repeat the order what water should be in but when I came to the window to pay and ask where was the mother cruncher sandwich only she said you did not ask for that and I say yes I did and talk to you and she said ( noton) (noyoudidit) the slang way I repeat it back to her yes I did but just forget it I understand people's language and culture but this was from the street the way she talk I'm sure she's talked to others that way but the thing was I don't leave she just didn't get the rest of the order she could have said that let me check and would you like to order that because I did not get the rest of the order they also just throw your fries in the bag more in the bag then it is in the little pouches and baby extra herd they don't seem fresh. I have visit more than once so I will say this location needs a little bit...

Around 2am on 9 July 2023 I went to the rally’s drive thru to attempt to place an order. The Workers didn’t take my order during open hours and they instead told me they were only taking door dash orders. I had no issue with this and immediately ordered on door dash as I drove home. The door dash driver went to pick up my order and the rally’s staff told the driver someone else already picked up my order (this wouldn’t happen. No other driver would have my information to pick up my order). I then attempted to call the location but the phone went straight to voicemail saying the restaurant was closed. I then had to cancel my previous order (without getting my money back), and I tried to place an order for a second time. When I went to do this, the restaurant was listed as closed on door dash (during normal business hours). It seems as tho the workers were in the actual restaurant, but did not want to take and/or make any orders. Not impressed at all with the service. Also never got my money back for...
