For most of our experience at this Starbucks, we’ve had a wonderful experience. We place mobile orders and pick-up through the drive-through weekly, every Sunday, on our way to our mothers (in-law). We love coming here, and the following was an extreme case; Today, 5/26/24, a young woman seemingly acting as leadership (management or supervisor) came to the window to, in my best description, tell us off for not putting our mobile order in early enough for them. An issue which we’ve never had with this location in the numerous times we’ve ordered there. Her demeanor and attitude were incredibly rude, antagonistic, accusatory, and the only result I can come to was that the young woman needed to get something off of her chest and insight conflict to satisfy her own ego. Our order was submitted before we arrived at the location, before we got to the drive through ordering speaker, and we only arrived at the location so much faster because we managed to avoid any red lights or stops on our way, causing us to arrive much faster than anticipated (which I explained to the young woman). Regardless, how is it any different than if we were to arrive at the drive through and place our order at that time? You’re still left with just as much time to prepare the order and we’ve never given anyone in any food retail location any grief. Her customer service skills need to be...
Read moreI really have enjoyed going to this location, however today, the manager refused to sell frozen baked goods in the original bag. I placed my order and wanted a few items for later....I tried to buy a multigrain bagel and blueberry muffin, frozen in the bag they ship them in. The manager said she couldn't as it was against company policy. Starbucks doesn't want them to be bought and then sold again by someone else. She would only sell them frozen and placed them in a Starbucks bag. OKAY... I am going to make a killing on a multigrain bagel and blueberry muffin!!!
This surprised me since she finally got it to where the store actually had multigrain bagels available. For some reason she said they were not big sellers at that store. There was plenty of times I settled for an everything or cinnamon and raisin bagel instead. Not anymore!
I also called the Starbucks customer service to ask about this policy. It took the rep a few minutes, but when she returned, she said it was up to the store if they would sell the items like that or not. Not sure I will be bringing a freezer bag with me to this store. It is just easier to go to a Starbucks, that not only has great staff, but also wants to sell products the customer...
Read moreCoffees usually great but at this location it was not! I ordered 1 coffee with whipped cream and holiday sprinkles along with 4 cake pops. My coffee was melted with no toppings at all and we got 1 cake pop I believe and it was smashed. They were supposed to add the money for the missing items back on to my card since I ordered on the app it was already paid for when I went to pick up , the money was never added I had to write into support on there website to have them add it back which took days ( They were super nice and very helpful) I just wished they could have done it at the actual store so it didn't have to take 3 days . Also if you have the app and add money to your Starbucks card they will have no clue what to do I had to sit there and explain that I had already paid for it all when they scanned my phone it took the money and they couldn't seem to understand that so it took about 20 mins to get that straightened out. Maybe educate your employees on the app and your Starbucks cards? And they need to make sure that any money that they are supposed to put back on the...
