Starbucks — Restaurant in Columbus

Very rude employee. Friday 8-30-2024 3pm

Young heavy set light skinned girl with glasses , she was sitting in the back, I approached the counter and said “hey” to get her attention since she didn’t see me, and when she noticed me it’s like I ruined her life, she looked very annoyed that she had to do her job.

I ordered from the menu and didn’t ask for anything extra or different but She had an attitude the entire time she was making my coffee. I asked for napkin and she, very rudely, pointed and said it’s back there. Horrible customer service. And on top of that the coffee didn’t come out the way I wanted, I would have asked for something extra to make it the way I wanted but didn’t want to deal with the horrible attitude.

It’s been years since I wrote a review but felt that this one was necessary. I been to this location a few times but never been treated this way before. BAD...

Says they're open on website, walked in expecting to make a order. A lady at the register proceeded to rudely tell me they weren't open at the moment. I asked her when it will open and she rudely shrugged her shoulders and rolled her eyes as if she didn't care. It seems like she was dealing with a personal issue and didn't want to take customers because she was the only one behind the counter with her uniform on and everything was lit up as if it was open which is what it stated on the website. This location just lost a customer and I will not be returning to this location. Management needs to do better and make sure their employees know the basic customer service skills because I've never had a rude Starbucks encounter...

Stood at the register for over 15 minutes, watched several people walk away without being acknowledged. Not even a "We'll be right with you." Just blantently ignoring everyone in line while one person does all the work. The other stands around chatting moving at a snails pace and playing with papers. I asked as politely as I could what I was waiting for since she was standing right I front of me for a while and she snapped back about she has to do her job. Then she finally begredgened took my order. Then the manager is standing around watching it all. Horrid...
