Subway — Restaurant in Columbus

I hate to hove a bad review and punish all of Subway for someone elses behavior, but I just to be honest about the review and what it is. So, I went here a few days ago on my lunch break. There 3 people ahead of me and 1 was also getting more than 1 sandwich made. The guy making the sandwiches (didn't see his name, his nametag was on his hat and he had the had turned to the side so you couldn't read it.) He had a bit of an attitude w/the women in front of me, but I was like I just got here. Idk what she may have said. She was an older woman. So, here it is my turn he asked what I want. I said a meatball sub on Italian herb and cheese. I asked him to put the cheese in the bottom and make it saucy. He had a metal thing raised, so, I couldn't see the 1st part of him making my sandwich. Idk when they started doing that b/c it was my 1st time seeing it. So the couple ahead was taking a while, so, I just hung out a bit. Finally he asked me what did I want on my sandwich. I got out parmesan and orageno before he slide my sandwich down and I saw it. There was this other meat on there. I looked at it and I was like when did they start making it like that? He said what. I told him the other meat. He was like, its always been like that. I said what is it? At this point, he seems a bit irritated and says, its just pepperoni. He goes, its the boss that's what you said you wanted. I said no, I didn't. He said, yea you did. You said you wanted the boss. You even pointed to the sandwich. I said, I told you I wanted a meatball sub. I never said a boss. He says, yes you did you even told me to put the cheese in the bottom. So both of our voices a elevated at this point. So, the manager is in the back and asks what's the problem. He going, well, she said ahe wanted the boss and now she doesn't. I really just lost it. I was like I never said that. Stop saying I said that. So, the manager is like, what is the problem. Just take off the pepperoni or remake the sandwhich. So, he takes off the pepperoni and just closes my sandwhich. All of my parmesan and oregano that he put on my sandwich was on the pepperoni. Now he has thrown it away. So, the other perspn working the line comes to help me and asked did I was my sandwhich remade. I said yes, initially, but then said no b/c I didn't want them to have to cover his mistake. I just asked it they could check to see if lettuce was on the sandwhich. So, they ask him, is there lettuce on here. He said, she never even asked for lettuce. I was like I never got a chance to before you started going back and forth w/me. So, that co-worker put the lettuce on and the manager came and rang me up and asked if I needed anything else. I said no thank you and left. When I got back to work, the sandwhich was not right and I was so mad that I didn't get my...

A real 'fancy" place to eat fancy people working there meaning they were courteous and sanitary it appeared from where I could see there was nothing alarming in that .I have recently been to the one over by the new Laquinta hotel also they were cool about the tuna but I didn't get my cookies in the bag once I arrived at where I was going. I had a notion to double check but I had a few other things to attend to in the moments of this particular date. The two girl working the first week on January when I was in the store were nice enough to inform me that it was not an unhealthy practice to eat warmed tuna fish but the people at the Subway on Manchester expressway had told me it wasn't a health practice and subjected against it. The girls working at the Bradley park location there near target informed me that it is perfectly safe, healthy, and normal to warm it and eat it, and even stated that they do it also to their personal tuna sandwiches not sure exactly whose more so correct between the two locations and so I had a nice tuna toasted warm sub with everything on it priced right for the vegetables and and freshness considering all of the nutrients said to be in...

DO NOT WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE IF YOU ARE NOT WILLING TO GIVE DECENT SERVICE I JUST LEFT THIS ESTABLISHMENT AND WHEN I WALKED IN I WAS LOOKED IN MY EYES NO SMILES SO I SPOKE AND THEY IGNORED ME 2 BLACK WOMEN 1 MID 20s OTHER MAYBE EARLY 50s THE 20 SOMETHING YR OLD WAS FINISHING SOME SANDWICHES AND NEVER TOLD ME TO GIVE HER A MINUTE OR ANYTHING BUT WHEN SHE WAS READY FOR MY ORDER SHE JUST STARED AT ME SO I AGAIN SPOKE TO HER AND ASKED IF SHE WAS OK THE ENERGY IMMEDIATELY GOT WORSE SHE MUMBLED AND I PROCEEDED WITH MY SIMPLE ORDER AND I ASKED HER TO CHANGE HER GLOVES SINCE SHE HAD JUST MADE A MEAT ORDER I DO NOT EAT MEAT SHE JUST WALKED OFF AND THE 50 SOMETHING WALKED OVER TO MAKE MY ORDER DIDNT SAY ANYTHING SO I ASKED HER TO CHANGE GLOVES SHE DID AND THEN ACTED AS OF SHE COULD NOT UNDERSTAND MY ORDER SHE STARTED MAKING IT INCORRECTLY I FEEL LIKE PURPOSEFULLY AND I LET THEM BOTH KNOW TO HAVE A BLISSED DAY BUT TO DO BETTER BUT DO NOT COME INTO THIS SUBWAY ON THURSDAYS AFTER 3PM WITH A BIG SMILE AND GREETING THE WORKERS BECAUSE APPARENTLY THAT...
