Literally the WORST return policy ever both online and in store. Returned an item one DAY too late because I assumed there was a 20 or 30 day return policy like every other shop. Now I’ve been stuck with a store credit I can’t even spend to get rid off because they pick crazy patterns, unflattering silhouettes, and bad colors for items. Not to mention the “cute photos” of the clothes never include just a straight shot of the items facing forward so you can see the actual shape of the item on.
