I am amazed at several of the good reviews. I’m not one to complain but they definitely did not have it together today. I had to wait close to 45 minutes to even get a chair for a pedicure. Then another 30 minutes and still no water in the bowl. I was very surprised at how many customers they had to turn away because the wait is so long. I would never have come here if I had known the wait was was so long. The employees were very slow and had no quarrels about people having to wait so long. I guess it pays to read the Google reviews. I wasted my whole afternoon. Very disappointing experience.

Well after waiting all this time they decided to put another customer ahead of me. I politely asked why they said he was ahead of me. I told them no I was sitting in the chair when he walked in. They had no clue. This was the worse nail place experience I have ever had. If you like being treated like this then this is the place for you.

Ive been here 4 times all together. Ive spent $460 here in total. 1st time for a pedicure and dip powder. 2nd for a dip powder. 3rd for a full set and the 4th time yesterday for a full set and pedicure. I have even invited my big sister and mother to bring business. I love Teresa and I love T that does pedicures but for all the money I spend I would like my designs on my nails to be executed better, for my cuticles to not be flooded with gel polish and and not look sloppy or weird below I'm attaching what I asked for versus what I got. I pay too much money not to get exactly what I want. I should've paid $40 for these nails not $70 especially considering I was not happy with the $95 service I paid only 2 weeks previously and I let that be known upfront. If you want to keep your clients happy please do not cheat them, and listen to what they're asking for and try your best to execute it or get them to someone who can.

Let me start off by saying the customer service is fantastic. I love the atmosphere provided by this location. The workers are always super sweet. However the quality is just not there. I got a gel manicure and pedicure a week ago. I had to go back the day after I got it to ask for my manicure to be cleaned up. There was paint on my actual skin, my nail lengths were crooked, and the paint was just unevenly coated all over my nails. When I got there the next day, they were more than willing to give me another manicure for free. The same technician redid my nails and was super sweet. However somehow my nails look even worse. The paint is even more unevenly coated especially around the sides of my nails, there are dark spots and it just looks nasty. Multiple of my nails have already chipped even though I have gel polish that supposed to be lasting and durable. I really wish that the quality was better, because I really do love the atmosphere and technicians...
