This is the 5th time in the last week, I know I should have learned my lesson by the 3rd time at the latest but I kept telling myself that maybe it was just a bad day for them but now I'm completely mad & very aggravated by the service I keep getting because there's only 2 things I usually get from there & they can't seem to get it right for one I usually order a bean burrito with no onions & I ask for extra cheese that they charge me for & I ask for extra red sauce & what I keep getting every time they do the exact same thing they give me a bean burrito with no sauce at all very little cheese & it's full of onions WHICH IM ALLERGIC TO BY THE WAY then I would get a soft steak taco with no tomatoes & when I get it it's either a regular soft taco WHICH I DON'T LIKE or it has extra tomatoes or it has no cheese at all & I am so tired of this happening I understand that everyone has a bad day some times but when it happens this many times in a weeks time that is way past a bad day they are really going to put someone in the hospital because I know that I have had to go to the ER twice because I'm allergic to onions & I order my food with no onions & they would put extra onions on it to be a smart ass but what they don't realize that people don't ask for certain stuff for a reason & have had to go to the ER to get a shot because they put onions in my food & my throat swelled up & I couldn't breathe & this seems to be an on going problem with this Taco Bell on 161 they are the worst & they need to realize that when people ask for their food a certain way there is always a reason for it & I for one am tired of having to go to the ER because employees don't want to make my food the way I ask them to they are going to do this to someone someday & they are going to kill someone because they are not going to be able to get help for themselves when they put something on your food that you asked to be done without it & you put it on anyway & they are not going to be able to get to the hospital and they will end up dying just because you guys don't take the time to make sure that the customers food is done right. I'm very unhappy about this & I will not go back there again cause this is pretty damn bad that it happened 5 times in one week that is 4 times more chances that I shouldn't...
Read moreMy 3 Daughters , boyfriend and myself had a very long day. We typically don't eat fast food but we were exhausted. So to taco Bell on 161 we went. ordered, paid and when the gentleman said have a good day we left.... I had my bf stop to make sure we had everything because for a large order it took less than 3 minutes... Wierd right? So because we were in a hurry to get home my daughter over looked a few things. So once home i called. They told me they tried to stop us (untrue) but did acknowledge that they knew who we were. Again, long day, we are home, not going back out.... They said we could pick up the rest of our order (15 minutes away ... Meaning it's been sitting for 30 if i had decided to do so...) the manager I spoke didn't seem too concerned. Was not friendly. And I'm out about $10. Which to some might not seem like much. But I will never go back there. I will also tell everyone I know. And if you are a fast food worker, and want a higher wage please know that reading a screen isn't difficult... My employees work ten times harder and make about the same and can get their jobs...
Read moreSave yourself time & money. Go to any other taco bell then this one. Atleast you'll be treated better AND actually get what you order. Place a mobile pickup order, only to be yelled at for entering a place that has their door wideup, no signs telling otherwise. Told to 'GET OUT' 'YOU AREN'T ALLOWED IN HERE' & 'CLOSE THE DOOR ON YOUR WAY OUT'. All while other customers were going in and out to pickup their orders (pictures included). I went around to the drivethru, get half my order - which man you talk about some sad looking soft tacos, is this a vegan taco bell now w/ absolutely no meat now? Woman looks at me going "anything else I can help you with?" uh.. I'd like the other half of my order? I've worked 2 decades w/ customers. This place doesn't know how to handle a customer apparently, nor how to talk to one. Never again...
