I have to say the food was actually pretty good here. However our server was the reason for my rating. I remembered his name for a while but I have forgotten it now but I think it begins with an O or a T. He is kind of older and not very talkative. The reason for me saying he is the reason for the reason for the low rating. My husband and I came into the establishment, the cook greeted us. Great we spoke as well. Our server serviced us, I always said thank you, etc being courteous and manner able yet he never responded once. He never uttered one word unless it was a choice or pertaining to the order. I even had to ask for a refill for my tea during my meal but keep in mind we are and have been the only customers in the building the entire time. So once we about finish eating caucasian couple came in. Our server serviced them as well; however when the woman says thank you after him taking their order, same as I did....he magically has a voice and says your welcome. I notice he is very attentive to them and he can actually speak to them and respond when spoken to. That was just the worst customer service and bias act I have seen in Waffle House. I immediately had my husband to go pay...
Read moreWaitresses were great but the manager doesn't know waffle house policies and probably made his staff feel 2' tall. A lot of cooks doesn't know how to cook hashbrowns correctly, scattered light with oil! It's easy put the oil on the grill then put your hash browns on and toss a few times to get a golden brown color, "NOT DARK BROWN, CRISPY AND HARD"! That's why I always ask for a littlele extra cooking oil on the side! I can't eat my hashbrowns hard or dry like that so instead of having them make it over and over until they get it right I get a lil extra oil! Fot one I hate wasting food and having the cook to work even harder and for two I should be able to have my food prepared like I want. Anyways the manager got all over the waitresses butt for giving me some extra oil and then called a team meeting in front of the grill, like 7 or 8 employees getting onto them talking about policy b.s. let them do their jobs and you find...

-Waffle House is a large chain of breakfast-focused diners mostly spread in the southeast to Texas. -This location is just like many of the other locations in the building schematics, restaurant operations & food menu. -Waffle House has a tried & true formula that works from the low costs, friendly service, open kitchen & good food. -I usually get the, "All-Star Special" which consists of two eggs, two sausage patties, toast, grits & a waffle. -I also like to add a side of their famous hashbrowns & get them smothered (sauteed onions) & chunked (hickory smoked ham), you can also get them covered (melted cheese). -I like to down it all w/ a cup of Waffle House coffee.
Overall, for about $10 you can't beat a fulfilling breakfast like this. I'll continue being a...
