First off they had the inside closed at least 7 something pm when I had arrived there. Next they got my food wrong but it was entered right on the receipt and I went all the way home before I noticed. I went back to thereand told them they made my order wrong and told him what I had ordered and he gave me a bag that was sitting there already done. I checked it because I knew that this was not my order and it wasn't so I went back through the line again. I told him that this wasn't my order and he got smart with me saying how is that not your order?! I said cause this isn't what I order and he said you ordered some Asiago sandwich and I said no I didn't and told him again what I ordered. He said where is your receipt so I handed it to him. They realized they were wrong but I got no apology for the rudeness and was told to pull up. The lady manager (I believe) finally brought my food. Damn near threw it at me, repeated the order but only mentioned my sandwiches. I said I had a large fry too. She said something as she went back because she was basically already back in the store when I said it. She had the rude young man being it back out to me and he didn't even look at me or say anything, just handed me the food and went back in. No ketchup, no napkins, no good customer service, no nothing! Why is it always us that doesn't know how to run things properly and have the worst attitudes when you picked the job! I know it's stressful but so is everyone's job and if we acted like this no one would have a job....
Read morei always dread coming to this wendy’s, the last few times i’ve been it took 25+ minutes to get through the drive through line and i was missing stuff from each order, and the staff was pretty unpleasant. i haven’t tried it in awhile so i cautiously placed a mobile order and came back today and was pleasantly surprised. the young man at the drive through window was quick and efficient, i was picking up food for my coworker and i on my lunch break and he saw i was by myself so he put my two drinks in a drink carrier right off the bat. handed me my food and i was good to go. i was checking the bag on my way back to work and realized i was missing my 10 piece. i was pretty annoyed driving back there but thats what i get for not checking before i left. i got back and the drive through line was long so i parked and started walking in. a different gentleman came running outside with my 10 piece and apologized, he said he tried running after me before i left the parking lot but traffic is always so bad on livingston it’s hard to turn left out of the parking lot so when i saw my chance i quickly took it, so he was unable to catch me. he kept an eye out for me and met me outside with my nuggets before i made it in the door, bubbly and apologetic and told me to have a good day. they were hot and fresh as was the rest of our food. i am pleasantly satisfied with my wendy’s trip today....

I pull up to the drive thru, i placed my order ahead of time and I let the girl over the drive thru know I’m here for an order. She goes completely silent for what feels like 5-7 minutes and I can’t just leave cause I already paid for my food.
After that time she just goes “Pull around, just pull around, pull around” so I pull around to the first window. She sassily tells me “To the second window!” So i do, and I’m so confused.
The lady at the second window asks me my order name so i tell her, she finds an order with my initials and gives it to me. She then scolded me telling me “you HAVE to give the initials, thats how we do it here” she handed me the bag and said have a good night. I ask her where my drinks at and tells me straight up theres no drinks to my order. I knew i wasn’t gonna get anywhere arguing with them so i just left.
I get home and lo and behold, they gave me the wrong order because they thought i was a DoorDash driver.
Literally the worst wendy’s i’ve been to service-wise, just spend another 5 minutes driving to any other wendy’s where there seems to be better management.
