Wendy's — Restaurant in Columbus

Horrible customer service! Staff are racists and violent. Was threatened by several employees. I was setting in my car minding my own business. Not to mention my order was messed up. Approximately 8 employees working at 9 pm on a saturday... Everyone was standing around inside near the drive thru. When my brother returned our order for correction he was treated rudely and threatened. Then all of the staff came to the door yelling racial slurs and making threats! Entire situation was completely uncalled for. I dont know what conversation was exchanged when the food was returned but for employees to come outside yelling at a CUSTOMER and to go as far as to yell "tell your sister to get her ass out of the car! I'll beat her ass too!" Yelling racial slurs at us using terms like "wetback"! Never will I return to this Wendy's or any other because of this situation! I will also make sure to let everyone know about the racial discrimination that took place! Was only given 1 star because you have to! The young male that was working was the only staff member that didn't run outside trying to fight! When i seen 8 people running out the door at my brother, of course I got out of the car- as requested by the MANAGER! She said I was lucky she was working but invited me to come to her home to fight! I was able to deescalate my very upset brother and we got in my car and pulled away all while the incompetent workers ran at my car continuing to yell racial slurs! Should've "went live" and recorded this incident! I am sure corporate can pull the video footage! Hope...

I would rate this store at 0 if I could. I'm so sick of going to this dangerous neighborhood, waiting in line for WAY too long, and then NOT being given what I've paid for, simply because it's the closest Wendy's to my home.

Today I ordered a 4 for 4, a bowl of chili and a second Jr bacon cheeseburger. I was not given the burger and didn't realize it until I got home. Had to drive back to the store where the following conversation took place:

"Hi! smiling you probably remember me. I'm the one that told you to keep the paper receipt and joked about saving the trees. Well. You didn't give me my second burger."

She answered in a hurried, annoyed and mean tone, "Yes, we do remember you, but we know for a fact that we gave you both sandwiches. We aren't going to give you another one, so go. You're holding up my line."

Seriously? This is customer service? This is a joke. I wish I had gotten the girl's name.

To management and corporate: if you wonder who did this, look at your drive up window cameras for Friday, September 1st 2017 at about 8:30 pm. She was the bigger girl with regular brunette hair. The one with brightly dyed hair was actually quite nice.

Won't ever go to this Wendy's again. I work hard for my money, and I don't appreciate being (rudely and aggressively) called a liar without ANY effort being put into finding out if...

Went through the drive thru last night. I ordered 2 orders of nuggets. A baconator(plain) meal- large with a dr. Pepper, an order of large fries and a lemonade. The ONLY things that were correct were the nuggets and lemonade. The burger was wrong, came with a medium fry and a strawberry lemonade, and the other order of fries was missing. The young man at the drive thru told me the receipt was In the bag so I drove off. When I got home and realized that only quarter of my order was correct, I dug through the bags and guess what? No receipt. I know it's partially my fault because I SHOULD have checked my order before driving off, but there was a huge line behind me.

The only reason I'm giving two stars, is that the manager did chase the tweakers away were sitting near the drive thru line shooting up In the shadows.
