Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Columbus

So I went today at 1:30 to this zaxbys I always go to the 2 women that were working one was a manager very very rude. I was ordering my food and it was a lot so I wanted to be patient because I knew the cashier was probably really busy so I paused just to make sure she was getting everything on the head set she then stated with a very rude attitude almost yelling at me we’re waiting on you what is your drink? I then order it and she is still speaking with an attitude. All I said was ma’am I just wanted to make sure you got everything because most of the time when you go through a drive through they make it known they understood you. I decided I didn’t want anything because of how the service went. I called while I was stuck in line and spoke with the manager on duty she also was very rude and rushing me. I asked for their corporate number she stated she could not give it to me they were too busy. As I rode by I was upset talking to my child and stated this is not good customer service the lady at the window then yelled while she had customers DON’T COME BACK HERE THEN! I have never been treated this way at any place of business I am always kind and I feel like these 2 women should not work in customer service. You don’t treat your customers as if they don’t matter. Just moving to Georgia, we had never been to a Zaxby's before. The sitting area was nice but that was about it. When walking into the store, you have a very small area to order your food and get your drinks. It was very crowded though it was just my family and two other people. The lady up front was alright on friendliness, but didn't seem to know how to ring things up. It was about a 15 minute wait, but we were fine with that if it meant we got fresh food. We drove home with our food, and when we opened our to go boxes, it seemed we had received something you'd expect in a lunch box. My dad and I got one of their sandwiches, but it was basically a salad sandwich with regular store bought bread. Not even going to say there was chicken in it because it really didn't taste like it. My mom ordered the wings which were like a kids meal chicken nuggets. The only one who seemed to like his food was my brother who ordered the priciest sandwich. Really not impressed. I'd go anywhere else besides...

On Saturday April 8th I went through the drive-thru to order my food and I wanted my drink cup handed to me at the window so I could make it inside. The employee asked me very rudely why I didn't come in and order my food 😐. First of all if I want to make my drink inside it shouldn't matter it's my option it shouldn't bother anyone especially not enough for the EMPLOYEE to get an attitude. I wanted to make my drink inside because of the freestyle machine and I'd rather make it myself because I usually don't know what I want, I wasn't initially going to get a drink at first until I looked at the menu more anyway. I do this exact same thing whenever I go to the location on Auburn Ave. I get no sass or attitude at no point it's ridiculous that the buena Vista rd location always has some type of issue.
