Longhorn Lounge — Restaurant in Comfort

I'm looking forward to the Longhorn Lounge becoming an iconic fixture in Comfort! This is a cozy and intimate environment - the revival of a "speakeasy" of sorts. Lovely selection of wines. Limited food menu, but nice choices. You may BYOB, and they'll provide the "extras" (ice, glasses, mixers if needed, etc). Awesome live music! This is why we go! So, as the inside is dimly lit and cozy, there's also an amazing back deck, yard, and a stage... Ooo, can't wait to see an outdoor concert here! Everyone is super friendly. The owners have a wonderful vision and are really doing things right! Longhorn Lounge is priced to attract those who appreciate this type of experience (AKA, it's not cheap, but yet it's not unreasonable - I'd say it's accurately priced). Given the cozy space, the number of guests is limited - reservations required. You may request to sit closer or farther from the live music. I don't like loud concerts, but I'll sit right in front of the stage here! (AKA, sound level is perfect, IMO). If you have any such requests, be sure to make your reservations early! But again, the environment is small, so every seat is a good seat! Getting there/finding it: Kinda like the "hidden" locations of speakeasies, it isn't exactly straightforward using Google maps. The lounge entrance is within "America Reclaimed," which is set back off Hwy 27. I'm sure it'll become "found" once outdoor concerts start happening! As it is now, it's like you're entering a place that's only for VIPs, and you're treated that way as well! This is the PERFECT place if you are looking to take someone on a romantic date. The perfect place if you appreciate small intimate venues for live music. The perfect place to have a quality glass of wine or bite to eat.
