If I could give this place no stars, I would! I made an order the other day threw Door Dash. Which I've always have done before and never had a problem. Well this time it was Jimmy John's. After 30 mins I noticed no one had picked it up. So I called Door Dash asking if anyone was gonna pick it up. Well she told me that Jimmy John's are the ones gonna be delivering it. Then I called Jimmy John's. I was told that they were pretty busy, short staffed and that it was gonna be a bit. So I patiently waited. After 1hr I called again and asked to speck to the manager. When I heard his voice I realized it was the same person I talked to when I called the first time. Well I asked if everything was OK and if it was gonna be delivered. He counties to tell me how backed up they were, with excuse after excuse. Mind you it's been 1 hr later and still no way it was gonna be delivered in the next 5 mins, nothing! Just excuses. They were to busy to make one sandwich . KEVIN was very rude, no help at all and just full of excuses. Well I never did get my order. Waste of time and money on this place. If they are so busy then they should just let Door Dash do their job. Also if Kevin treats his customers like that. I can't even imagine how he treats his coworkers. Also another thing he mentioned. He lost 4 workers the week before. Well I wonder why Kevin??? They need a knew manager ...
   Read moreWent in and simply asked if they could tell me if their wheat bread had dairy in it. The girl working the register was very nice about it and checked as I was checking it as well. I then proceeded to let her know to please be cautious as I have a dairy allergy and requested a glove change. The girl working the line seemed to have an issue with that so much so that the gentleman working decided to reprimand the register worker for even allowing me to make that request. I had to chime in to tell him she did not guarantee anything that I simply requested a glove change and its not that hard to make sure that cheese doesn't touch my food. The line worker and the gentlemen proceeded to have an issue with my request and the line worker then grabbed the cheese with a smart ass remark about how it's in its own container. Then touched my sandwich, so in a way to purposely go against my request. We just move to CO and I can say that this has been my first really bad experience since moving here. It is no one else's fault but your own that you are grown adults working at a fast food place still. If you dont like your job...
   Read moreThis location is a absolute joke. For some reason they are avocado hoarders. They let you order it but refuse to put it on your sandwich but still make you pay for it if course. This happened to my wife and I three times now, the first two time we let it slide thinking it was a honest mistake. The third time I had to say something. After getting a response from their customer service saying the issue would be looked into and resolved. We instead get an email from their GM insinuating we are confused and their Is indeed avocado on our sandwich but their avocado must be white in color based on the photos we provided. My entire life I have been mistakenly confusing Mayo with avocado. I would like to personally thank Erica for righting this wrong and giving me the opportunity to finally learn the difference between mayo and avocado.
