Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Commerce City

I’ve been going to Papa Murphy’s over a decade and we have been going to this location since they opened. I’m not sure if the ownership or management has changed, but I will be going to Brighton for Papa Murphy’s from now on. Even though I live in Reunion their treatment of my family as a customer justifies the additional drive. The people here are rude and act as if it’s a chore to have to serve I’ve witness them treat customers similar to me that were served in front of me. They wouldn’t take a papas pals coupon that all the other Papa Murphy’s take and Reunion P.M. has always taken, and when I got my pizza today, they shorted us by cutting the ham slices in half! Do not waste your time and money on poor service and poor quality products! If I could give a zero...

The Green Valley Ranch location is closer to us but we would rather drive a bit further to avoid the insanity of that shopping center. Unfortunately, The Reunion location severely skimps on toppings. After getting our first pizza there we decided we would just pay for double meat (Chicago pizza). That worked out ok but still not much on top of the pizza. Tonight we got another double meat which was about the same as the standard meat amount at other locations. Also, only about 3 pieces had cheese on them after we cut the pizza. Our salad (club) also has a lot less cheese and pepperoni than what we get at other locations . Staff is friendly and the location is a better experience but we will not go to this...

I recently went here this last Tuesday, as I often do. I ordered ahead but when I got there, the stuffed pizza has an odd, very loose roll around the crust. As I looked closer, I noticed there was still bacon in the pizza that I asked to be subbed out. The girl that made it was tall, with glasses and dirty blonde hair. She was offended when I asked for a refund or remake. She remade it but still kept the loose roll on the crust, which I rerolled when I got home (came out pretty good for a first try). Then for the first time since eating here, I had weird intestinal troubles after each time I ate that pizza..... Like maybe she did something to it...idk. probably not going back...
