I attempted to purchase three pizzas at this location on June 7th around 7pm. I was smoking a cigarette inside my vehicle. I was being served by a team member that wasn't the manager. The manager on shift walked up to window informed me that there was no smoking in drive thru. I went to take my last drag off the cigarette and put it out when he took my credit card from the other team member and told me he wasn't serving me and to please leave. I drove up and parked in parking lot to make the order online in order to keep situations from escalating. The manager walked out to my car and told me that I needed to leave the property that he wasn't serving me I tried to explain that I was simply not trying to cause any issues and he informed me that if I didn't leave he would inform the police. After contacting the stores manager through email about this situation I was contacted 2 days later in a 1 min 30sec phone call informing me that I had flicked off his manager i requested to see the video and was told that he is no longer dealing with this situation and that I should take my business elsewhere. And to have a nice day then hung up on me before I could even speak. Please tell me how this is the correct way to handle...
Read moreLet me start this by saying that I order from them A LOT. Before they moved it was always awesome. Now it takes forever to get the pizza and its not the same quality, but I'm not one to complain. BUT tonight is just beyond ridiculous. I ordered pizza for my family and some guests we had over. The type of pizza that the guest wanted showed up with onions instead of bacon and my friend cant eat onions. So I called the store and told them the situation. The guy on the phone asked if I wanted a refund or a new pizza. I said a new pizza since my guests needed to eat. He didn't seem happy about it and then put me hold. When he came back he said it would be an hour and a half wait. I think he was hoping that would change my mind about wanting the pizza. My guest said that was ok that we could go ahead and eat and they would wait. I didn't like the idea, but hey, what can I do? So I said that would be fine. This was at 7:19pm. At 9:00pm I called the store because we still didn't have the pizza. No answer. I waited a few minutes and tried again. Still no answer. I have tried to call every 10-15 minutes since then and still no answer. It is now 11:28pm.. so I've been waiting for over 4 hours for my pizza and my guests...
Read moreUnbelievably bad service. Truly surprised by it. I have ordered this sandwich many times before and was always given the ranch on the side when requested. Tonight they didn’t provide that option on the online order and when asked for the ranch on the side at the window they said they would not do it and the ranch had to be cooked. They would not provide any sauce on the side even tho this was a chicken bacon & ranch sandwich. The clerk was rude. The supervisor on duty was even ruder. I asked him if it was worth 50¢ to lose long term customers. He said it was. So there u go. If that is what Dominos thinks of their customers there are many other restaurants who think differently. There are far too many choices out there to have someone represent your company this way to clients. Additionally the edges of the sandwich were cooked too hard to eat. And the cheese on the cheese bread was minimal and burned. A real waste of 20$. I generally prefer to leave only good reviews but this really ticked me off. I would not have complained about the food if it were not for the inexcusably poor service received in addition. I will be hard pressed to order again from this...
