The WORST Domino’s pizza restaurant ! I would insistently recommend to STAY AWAY from this place ! (just drive to the 2nd nearest one).They are always extremely rude , making tuns of mistakes .I’ve given this place many chances to change my mind . But each time I’ve ordered from here , there’s always a ridiculous wait time , wrong pizza , red hair in my pasta or the restaurant trying to steal my money !!! If you want to order bad quality pizza and have to wait for it two hours then have a stupid employee with burgundy messy hair laugh in your face this is your place . Otherwise , there’s many better options to buy some pizza from . Also , I am definitely not the only one hating this place . If you go pick up your order , there are great chances that you’ll see a line of customers asking for the status of their order and angry because they make mistakes and then don’t want to fix them . They are disrespectful and not trained well at all ! Zero customer service skills . Even when I tried to order and pick up myself instead of waiting for a two hour delivery to get cold pizza , I still lost two hours of my time when I paid in store and they claimed that the computer said that I had not paid for the order . That’s bc the red hair girl took my money and walked away to the back with my money and didn’t want to give me a receipt . I asked them to check the cameras bc I had just paid and that was my proof ! Then they finally gave me my order but it was the wrong order ! First off I was over charged for a order that was placed for a medium two topping pizza. It was almost $27. The total was never given until the pizza arrived. I called back to get clarity on my order, I was told that my number didn't pop up. I looked on the box and clearly my phone number was printed on the box. Long story short I called and ordered the same and got a deal on two pizzas same toppings for almost the same price as the one medium pizza. I will Never order from this place again. The staff is very unprofessional and look under age. No one seem to be able to deal with a order that was wrong in error. The guy Frank is clearly a bad presentation for the company he has a bad attitude and needs training on customer service. Instead of allowing me to explain why I was unhappy about the service that was provided. He choose to assume what may have taken place rather than apologize and move forward. He even choose to talk about the situation when I decided to leave the location. I over heard him continuing the matter with four or five other staff members. And when I walked back to the counter and explain to him how unprofessional and unethical he was to talk about me as the customer to his coworkers. Read moreI often order from this location but mostly online the customer service is pass trash and the way they look,judge and talk is not for this area or for the week. Walked in a young man full tatted greeted me sideways and asked “what I needed” I told him I was coming to complain about an order from the night before he told Andy who was the manager and he stated “ what do you want us to do” once over Andy stated as I showed him the receipt and all that he had to call a manager he didn’t offer me my money back or anything only to afterwards say he could offer a credit this while really ignoring me and being somewhat rude unsure if this was an age or color thing. Either way I could have been rude back. But instead thought to say that if these young men with blessed tattoos or just being young need to really have better service and or communication with people that support the business. Now that I’ve been in there I don’t even think I’ll ever order on line again as I don’t trust what they will do .
