if I could give no stars at all I would. Not only did they make the cake look wonky and weird but they also put an entirely different flavor then I had asked for. I was gonna let this mistake go and only bring it to their attention but they were beyond rude and disrespectful, went in calmly and spoke to a worker about this issue and during that moment another employee (Jessica) comes in and barging into this conversation telling me that she made that cake and that she will not be accommodating anything because she spoke to her manager and nothing will be done to her because she felt she did what was right ( mind you she was already being passive aggressive and pointing fingers at me ). She went straight to defending herself rather than giving an apology, all I wanted was an apology and a cake in the flavor I asked. This wasn’t the worst part. I called corporate and they agreed with me that this employee was out of line. A couple of moments after I received yet another call but this time from the manager, this manager (David) was even worse then the rude employee I first spoke to. From the very moment I picked up the call he began to scream at me and speak to me very ill mannerly. I was even willing to bring back the cake because it was practically intact, nobody ate it. I will never be buying from here again. They give Beyond Horrible service. 4/21/2023 I was being assisted by cashier Gennifer she was patient & helpful However ,when asked a question about an ice cream flavor( the freezer aren’t properly labeled)…. I placed an order for an ice cream cake 2 weeks ago. It was supposed to be ready by 12 noon. Got to the store to pick it up, and was told I had to wait 2 more hours because it wasn’t ready!!
