Arby's — Restaurant in Comstock Charter Township

I've come to this establishment multiple times throughout the year, always to the same great experience. And tonight wasn't any different! Exceptional service from Jake at the Gull road location in the drivethrough, and I will be continuing to come here for my fast food needs for the foreseeable future!

(6th month update): Wow..... Just absolutely wow. We had come in after having an absolutely terrible experience from domino's just up the road in which they had refused me service even because of their own mistake of not having our delivery after over 2 and a 1/2 hours of waiting.. After being completely discouraged we attempted to go to arby's and to my surprise (not really) we had the absolute best customer service. I mean truly top notch quality customer service. Anakin tonight was probably the coolest guy I've ever met and it's not just because of his name. It's because he had absolute professionalism, he was thorough in all the questions he asked us making sure we had our straws and our sauces and our drink Carrier which is almost unheard of now a days. I've been all the way to the West Coast from Southern California to Yosemite and back and all the way up the Northeastern coast and all the way down South and back and everywhere across this whole nation never have I found such good customer service as what I found at this establishment at Gull road: this arby's. they hire gold standard certificate holders if I didn't know any better, they are the kind of service professionals that should make it far in customer care. 10000...

Fine Arby's but the food was not very warm at drive-thru.

I ordered a double roast beef sandwich and it came in a cardboard container instead of wrapped up so I thought that was interesting. I ate my fries first because they weren't hot and I didn't want them to get cold by eating the sandwich first. I opened the container and... there was no bun. It was just a container of roast beef. The cashier heard "no bun" I guess even though I definitely didn't say that. I was disappointed because my favorite part of sandwiches is the bread, and we were too far away to turn back to fix it.

Also, the reason I bought a double roast beef is because the 2 for $7 sandwich deal is for the roast beef with cheese and multiple Arby's locations won't do the deal and take off the cheese. The cheese on it makes it messy and tastes bad. I enjoy the bread bun but paying more than $10 for two sandwiches just because I don't want...

I ordered a classic roast beef meal with mozzarella sticks and a Dr. Pepper. They didn’t have mozzarella sticks ready so I had to wait which is fine. They gave me my drink and told me to pull forward so I did. I took a sip of my “dr pepper” which was really Diet Coke which oh well I’ll still drink it. I got my food I parked and opened it and my what was supposed to be classic sandwich had sauce and cheese on it and it was cold so I went inside and stood there for about 3 minutes and no one came up front so I went back to my car went back through the drive thru and told them my sandwhich was wrong.
