Jet's Pizza — Restaurant in Comstock Charter Township

Ordered one of those heart shaped pizzas to be picked up at 7pm at around 430 that afternoon. Got a call from Jets at about 25 minutes before my order was to be ready saying that they ran out of the heart shaped pizzas an hour and half ago. First of all, I ordered at 430 and it should have been seen earlier and saved for me. Second of all, why wait to call me that late? They did offer a small deep dish and bread sticks at the same price which was fine. The woman on the phone said it will be ready at 7. I get there at 705 and the order was not ready. So they waited all this time to tell me that they didn't have something which I ordered before the time they said that they ran out and now it wasn't ready at the time they said. We ordered food from jets last night and they gave our food away!! After waiting over 45mins for our order some guy brought out our order but forgot our 2 l of mountain dew. My husband went in to get it and some different guy got super rude with my husband and asked to see his receipt because he didn't believe that we had already purchased the mountain dew. My husband came back to retrieve the receipt to show the man that we had already purchased the mountain dew, but before we could bring it in one of the girls brought us out our mountain dew because she was the one who took our order. They just have a bunch of kids working there that don't know what they're doing and are running around like chickens with their heads cut off, totally confused about everything. Needless to say we won't be going back...

Called in to order and phone hung up, called back and got a quite rude staff member. I find out that they still won’t take cash on delivery orders but they will for carry out, you can also tip the driver in cash......while me and my coworker were trying to decide what to do the staff member heard us mention Jaspare’s (since they take cash for delivery), he scolded me for mentioning the competition and hung up the phone.
