How can you not love Kazoopy's?!

We've eaten several things from each category of the menu, many times over, and it's all good! The homemade bread for the grinders is exceptional, and the calzones are tender, and amazing, not super-thick, dry and crusty.

One of the standouts is that we told them 2 years ago that my wife is allergic to tomatoes (horribly so!), and every time we call in an order, whoever is taking our order, repeats the allergy out to everyone in the kitchen, and you can hear the care in their voice. I love their level of concern!

Fast, very friendly and welcoming staff keep us coming back!!

If I could take off a half-star, I would, but my only complaint is that if we custom order a grinder and either do sauce on the side, or only have one sauce instead of two, very often there is a mix-up with the sauces.

Other than that, it's a terrific restaurant, and even better now that you can get Kazoopy's Pizza and Frosty Boy ice cream at the same time!

I ordered a takeout order. Picked it up, got home and the order was incorrect. They would only credit me a PORTION of the wrong food instead of giving my money back for the item. I was unable to bring it back to them since my other half took the car to work already. I stated I was willing to pay their delivery fee for them to bring me a new correct item and they could take the wrong item. They refused to deliver it because I wasn't ordering enough $$'s worth of items. I JUST ORDERED enough AND picked it up. I think if I was willing to pay your delivery fee you that you could fix the problem for your customer and get it to me. Its crazy you won't deliver and you won't give me a full refund of that item, just a small 'credit' towards another order. Cmon, at least a credit for the whole amount of the wrong item. Think of your customer's first KAZOOPYS. Very disappointing and will not be ordering again. Other social media bad...

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. We called in our order and were told that’s our subs would be ready in 20 minutes. We showed up when we were told our food would be ready, and it was not. The lady who took our payment said because it was not ready she would bring it out to us when it was. We sat for 20 minutes before I got up and had to ask if our food was ready yet. The lady looked confused like she had forgotten. Then went to the back where I could clearly see her pull it out of a food warmer. There was no apology for the wait. This is absolutely ridiculous. When we ate our food it tasted different than the location on west main and our bread was soggy. I say do not go to this location because I have used the one on west main many times without an issue. The owners should just shut this one down because they clearly do not know how to keep consistent service and quality...
