We typically go on random weekends for lunch for 2 when we want a filling and affordable meal. They have a big menu with lots of options to choose from. Service is pretty quick, staff are very friendly, and the food is always delicious. On our latest dine-in, we were immediately seated for 2 and had our orders taken quickly. Food was also served quickly. We ordered Flaming Crab Roll, #222. Pho, and #281. Broken Rice. The Flaming Crab Roll comes with 8 pieces. On the inside is shrimp tempura and avocado; and on the outside is shredded baked kani, spicy mayo, and an abundance of crunchy topping. Very delicious! I definitely recommend trying out one of their rolls. There are an abundance of rolls to choose from so I’m sure you’ll find one that suits your taste. I ordered #281, the broken rice combo with BBQ pork chop, shredded pork, egg quiche, and rice. I typically get a different broken rice combo but wanted to try something different. Honestly, I wasn’t a huge fan of the shredded pork nor egg quiche; I feel like both are a bit of an acquired taste. However, the BBQ pork was good as usual. I think the best/safest broken rice combos to try would be #280 or #285. We also ordered #222, the pho combo. It came with steak, flank, brisket, tendon, beef tripe, and beef meatballs. They also provide bean sprouts and other toppings to add in. The broth is delicious and very flavorful. It’s a huge bowl so you definitely get your money’s worth. Overall, one of the better Vietnamese-Japanese fusion restaurants we have found in the area. The amount you get for the price is pretty good. The food tastes great. Service is also good. They also have a rewards/membership card, so if you go often, ask about it. I definitely recommend trying this restaurant out if you’re craving Vietnamese dishes with a side of Japanese cuisine.

Been here a few times. Like that there's a vegetarian section of the menu; I've had their vegetarian tofu lemongrass vermicelli and their vegetarian banh xeo. The vermicelli was good, decent amount and flavor (sorry I was so hungry at the time and didn't take a picture). Banh xeo crepe was nice and crispy but unhappy with a few things: 1. Not enough fresh lettuce/perilla to wrap it (you get two pieces of lettuce and a few small perilla) 2. It's difficult to wrap hard vegetables, e.g. carrots cut in the transverse plane that they put in the crepe. 3. My mom got the shrimp/pork one and said there were 2 small pieces of pork, 1 shrimp cut sagitally and too much bean sprouts with no onions. My other party member had the vermicelli with pork and spring roll. Decent amount of meat but you get one lonely spring roll which wasn't that great nor crispy. Atmosphere-wise, it looks pretty nice inside. Service-wise is hit or miss. My first time there was great (dinner on a weekend). My second time, not so much (late lunch around 2pm ish on a weekday); the waiter barely said a word to us even when we left. Had to go up to the register directly to pay a few times because it was impossible to get attention of someone.

Excellent restaurant! Sat-in for dinner with a group and was pleasantly surprised by their selection. Personally, tried the Chicken Kushiyaki and Takoyaki, each of which were nice starters. Main dish was a Vermicelli Bowl (Bun Bo Nuong) with BBQ chicken. I hadn't had such a dish in a while it was absolutely excellent! The portion size was big and the proportions of noodles to veggies and their sauce was perfect. I was very happy with the amount of BBQ chicken they put into the dish; well grilled, juicy and fresh! The fresh mint really tied everything together. Everyone at the table complemented the dish's aroma! Other dishes we ordered were a few Pho bowls and a crispy egg noodle dish (Mi Xao Don Đo Bien). Also while I didn't personally try, others at the table very much liked a salt-bakee shrimp, squid and scallop dish (Tam Buu Rang Muoi). We also ended up taking a few chicken Bahn-Mi's home! Strongly recommend everyone to come here for their fresh and tasty meals! We will definitely go again!

Don't know how we missed this place I drive by it often. A mix of Japanese and Vietnamese food two of my favorites. It is a BYOB so if you want a drink be sure to bring your own. Food is great ! The Kushiyaki ( Japanese BBQ) of Pork Belly and mushrooms are some the best things I have ever eaten. The Green Caterpillar Roll was one of the most beautiful rolls I have ever seen. Their Sushi & Sashimi seemed to be some of the best and freshest I have have had in a long time. I had the Hu Tieu Tom Thit (Kho/Nuoc)Rice noodle with shrimp and pork and it was excellent. The serving is huge and I would suggest sharing if possible. Our foursome enjoyed everything and plan on being regulars. The service was sporadic, i.e. it took a while to get some to wait on us, then thier was a flurry of activity while the food arrived pretty much all a once , and then it took forever to get the check. It wasn't a deal breaker , but just a little strange. Servers were pleasant and curtness. The place is nicely decorated and the noise levels were not bad so conversation during dinner was easy. Update 6/21/2022 We have eaten here a couple more times since I wrote tins review and I feel I have to make this adjustment to the review. The last time we were there the service has gone from sporadic to down right BAD, For this I have removed a star. I must point out that the food is great and I am sorry to have to make this change. I'll give is a few months before I return and hopefully the wait staff will be...
