I work at a restaurant, so I completely understand how hard customer service can be sometimes, especially When you have no say in company policy. I hate to complain, and have never gone out of my way to write a bad review of restaurants online. But as many other people have said, this place is on a steady decline. Today me and my bf went in to order, had completely made our order and were paying when the cashier told me that I had to pay with exact change or a card because she “ had no money in the drawer”. It came to $18.45, and I only had a $20 ( no change). So, we asked if we could just give her a $20 and she can keep the extra $2 since we didn’t have exact change and didn’t care about not getting change back, really not wanting ang trouble. She proceeded to say no, and that we needed exact change. We asked if we could throw in a drink then or figure out how to get it to exactly to $20 since she would not accept an extra $2. when we asked she rudely looked at us for a solid 30 seconds , added a drink on just to tell us to forget about paying for the extra change. I was MORE then willing to just let her keep the $20 without getting change back because I completely understand it wasn’t her fault!! But having her give us so much attitude instead of just taking my money for NO reason is ridiculous. she made a scene in front of the whole restaurant and held up so many people. There should have been a sign on he door saying they have no change, instead of allowing people to make their food, just to get to the counter and then be demand them to pay, and reject their payment when they try to do so. I odered a fajita veggie burrito online for pickup which was convenient! Paid online and it was ready in 15 minutes.
They have reserved parking for pickup orders which was great, inside the restaurant was bright and clean looking. I went up to the service counter and was greated immediately. The cashier asked if I was picking up a take out, and asked another employee to get it out of the warmer because she was paying out a customer. The employee took it out but didn't hand it to me lol, she must've been new or something because it was all paid for, no big deal I got my food and it was definitely still warm!
I got home and started eating, and realized that my veggie burrito had no veggies in it lol I think that I needed to add the fajita veggie option in the toppings section which was my mistake, I just assumed that they would've been in there, however it was missing corn salsa which I did choose as a topping. I was also surprised at how bland it tasted, I will definitely try adding one of the sauces next time because I dont think that they use much seasoning. Also, the side of queso was grainy/powdery? It wasn't that bad because I still ate all of it!

Read moreJust was there less than an hour ago around 1:45 PM on 1/5 and ordered two tacos (one carnitas and one chicken) and a drink. I only noticed after looking at the receipt that the bill was $22.50. The receipt said $8.60 for chicken tacos and $9.00 for carnitas tacos so I returned to the cashier and asked about the cost and mentioned that its pretty crazy that two tacos and a drink would cost that much. I also mentioned that I thought a burrito cost about $9.00 so it didn't make any sense. I said really a taco costs $9 and she said yes.
I had left my phone in the car so I had no recourse other than to believe she was telling the truth. Went to my car and looked at the online order menu and it turns out 3 chicken tacos cost $8.60 and 3 carnitas tacos cost $9.00 so she had just charged me triple the cost and was lying about it so she didn't have to correct her mistake. I went back in and showed her my phone and what the cost was and at that point she had no choice but to finally address her mistake instead of continuing to lie. She said that they would refund me the difference, but when the manager came over, he said he would give me a full refund within 4 days.
