This place needs management to do an overhaul of employees. Didn’t want to leave a negative review because I have frequented this location for a few years, but a second incident two days in a row has provoked me to write this in hopes this terrible work ethic gets fixed. Spoke with Sydney this morning regarding an incident yesterday where an employee took my order, and a lady in front of me, however, a young boy came in, and the girl who took my order proceeded to chat away with him. Giving him a smoothie as well, even though two of us had ordered before he even walked in. She continued to chat away with him as if no one else was around. She forgot to make my smoothie when another employee asked if it was done. She didn’t know how to take the add in off that our account had on it, and we have done this many times before. Her attitude was one of being annoyed that my presence was interfering with her personal chat with the boy who came in. Today I went in to order again, and when I left, I had to go back because they gave me an entirely wrong bowl that I didn’t order. I don’t like peanut or chocolate, and it was a PB crunch bowl, and not the chia seed pudding that I had ordered. Two girls were carrying on a personal conversation when I ordered, and I feel they just aren’t paying attention to customer orders or the job they are there to do. I left with the new bowl, and had to go back in yet again because they forgot to put a spoon in the bag like they usually do. Very dangerous to give someone a wrong order like this. If a child (or adult) opens up a bowl containing peanut butter, and they are allergic to peanuts, you could KILL them. It’s very uncomfortable to go in there now. They seem more interested in personal conversations rather than their job. Work ethic needs to be addressed. It’s a feeling that you are annoying them when you walk in to order. Read moreWe are frequent flier customers we go there just about every other day sometimes twice In a day their friendly smiles and delicious healthy smoothies keep us coming back. Except today we came in to get our usual the Island Green and Pomegranate Plunge with yogurt added. The server Delaney A. had no smile she asked for my name for the order and all she put was the letter (a) why ask for my name if you didn't even take the time to type it in. I know it wasn't busy she knew who she was going to give it to but still if it's not busy she should have taken pride in the work she does and slow down the smoothies where not smooth at all chunks of ice and fruit kept getting stuck in the straw. My boyfriend had to stop sipping to investigate what was going on and what was chunky in his mouth it was not the best service. We were the only customers inside at the time we don't understand why she was rushing the blending process and not even filling the cups to the top leaving some in the blender just to rinse it off is down right wasteful of delicious product. I had the same server on Saturday the 20th same server same issue. Don't get me wrong everyone else has delivered above and beyond excellent service except Delane A. who sadden our experience, we will continue to return, less we see Delaney is the server we may not make our smoothly purchase...

Not only did we have to wait 18 minutes for 2 smoothies but people sitting at table had beverages delivered 15 minutes after food order arrived.. another customer got her food without her beverages also....I actually had to ask ETA for our beverages. Staff was runnig around like idiots apparently to busy and unorganized with take out orders to wait on those of us who actually took the time to go in to store...you will NEVER make it with such poor service!!! Stick to GREEN LEAF on Main St. Always a great ...
