My email based on experience as follows:
Though this was not a resurvation issue, the ultimate issue was the host. We received great bar and food service. The male bartender was very friendly.
Upon arrival, while wearing proper ppe, we were instructed to reposition our face masks. My husband said "safety first", and at which point I laughed. My smile allowed my mask to slightly slip below my nose. The hostesses (a middle age woman, with short blonde hair, wearing a sequined mask) then asked me again to make sure my mask was over my nose. I complied with her instruction and was then told "you know I can deny you service". We were then instructed to seat ourselves wherever we wanted at the bar.
As previously mentioned, the bar and kitchen service was great. As we exited the building the same host threw her hands up in disgust and said "no mask". I will admit I did not remember to properly exit your facility. I do not believe this interaction, with the person posted at the door was reasonable. I witnessed others leaving the facility without a face covering, it may be valuable to your business to investigate further if we were the only targets of her discrimination, possibly profiled. In my opinion, this type of behavior is harmful to your tipped employees especially.
I believe your company only strives to please all customers, always. During these challenging times I am sure it is very difficult to please everyone. I also know it is incredibly difficult to find good help. The location was not overloaded with people and social distancing did not seem to be the issue. I trust that corporate and local management will address the issue.

Read moreAfter a long stressful day we decided to order in, my kids in pajamas already (due to allergies they were getting a meal else where) but I chose to get a wrap from 99. It said it would be ready at a certain time so I arrive for that time. I sit for 20 minutes and try to call 3 times none of which I can get through to someone. My oldest daughter asked if she could go let them know we are here and I say sure. She goes in and is taking another 5 mins so I unload my other child to go check on her. My daughter was still standing there and no one acknowledged her no other people were waiting. They end up cashing me out I had the exact change on hand but left my tip in my cup holder on accident because I was expecting them to come to car. Before I can say that the hostess made a super snarky comment about the money so I decided to to grab my bag stay quiet and just come back in and ask for change back for the bill that was in my cup holder instead of giving her the full amount (which was half the total bill price) but she proceeded to talk bad about me with my kids listening with another employee. at that point i was over the top angry after already being exhausted and stressed so I chose I wasn’t going back in. Read moreSo this place is in desperate need of a good cleaning along with proper staff training. If you zoom in on the pictures you will see massive amounts of dust which grossed me out. There was nasty greasy hand prints on one of the pics as well. The waitress we had was great but we did get the wrong drinks, but not upset about this as she was new. We nearly froze to death as they had the A.C blasting on us and we were not the only ones to complain of this. I asked for cheese and crackers but the filled the bottom of the bowl with cracker crumbs and put normal crackers on top to make it look like the bowl was full. In total there were 7 whole crackers. I notice a lot of staff standing around while the few waitresses they had were running around trying to fulfill their duties. 99 has gone downhill massively and it was an utter disappointment. They are lacking proper management it seems as the place was dead and they still couldn't expedite our order in timely fashion. In totally it took 27 minutes just to get drinks and the appetizers came out 2 minutes...
