We had our twins birthday party here. Clean and the back room was spacious. Gianna, was our host and she was amazing! Way too pricey for what you get!!! Only one hour jump time and 50 minutes in the back room for pizza and cake and gifts. Last year we went to Sky Zone in Manchester, NH and was offered more jump time for the kids and the WHOLE STAFF was amazing there!!!
With the exception of Gianna, the staff needs more training on customer service! They are working with kids and all have horrible attitudes, especially the staff at the front desk! I made a call at 11:30am on the day of the party and keep in mind our party didn't start until 6:30pm to order two additional pizzas. Because I didn't request the additional pizza within their policy they wouldn't allow me to add those two additional pizzas. I found out their pizza vendor is located in the Steeplegate Mall so it didn't take long to figure that out. I called the pizza vendor as they kept referring them as and I asked Lou myself if it would be any trouble to make two additional pizzas for our 6:30pm party, he was more then willing and thank you pizza vendor Lou for doing that and everyone loved the pizza! I then called back the staff spoke with a manager who of course stood by her staff but because Lou, pizza vendor didn't mind then she would allow it. Again, you are working for kids, there needs to be flexibility and yes, you do work for kids because it's the kids who are wanting to go there. Checking out and making final Payment the cashier was horrible and couldn't be bothered, she was training someone and that's a scary thought. This place needs to speak with their employees regarding customer service because it was pathetic!!! I will never have another party there I would rather go 30 minutes out of my way...
Read moreI would give it a zero star if I could. The only positive I can say about altitude is that it helps my foster children get their energy out and they generally have a good time.
Today, after signing our child in we were told she was able to bounce. Obviously if staff aren’t doing their job and a 13 year old comes over about to clothesline my two year old daughter, I will be protecting my child whether I paid to be on the equipment or not. I expect staff to prioritize safety and they weren’t. My husband didn’t have a wristband so he wasn’t allowed to block children from taking her out AND BOUNCING ON THE SAME TRAMPOLINE (rule is one per trampoline). My husband was told by the manager “you do not have the proper socks to be on the equipment” while she was standing on the equipment barefoot (which all of her other staff were wearing).
When I asked team lead for the managers name, as I didn’t think of it at the time I was taking to her, he refused to give it to me saying “it’s rude to give out others names”. First, if you choose to be the manager, you choose to have your name known. People ask for managers all the time, and it’s not a crime. I didn’t ask for her last name. Second, it’s sketchy that you wouldn’t give out her name.
The manager ruined the entire visit for our foster child, as he was so worried about following the rules and not getting yelled at that he wouldn’t bounce any longer. We were there for maybe half the time we paid for because of the staff.
It’s very frustrating that we were trying to create a good experience for the children in our care, and this happened. We most likely will not be returning due to...
Read moreWe hosted my son’s 10th birthday party here with 10 of his friends at one of the party tables. The $500 price tag felt a little steep, but we had saved up for this milestone birthday—double digits are a big deal!
The package included 75 minutes of jump time, 4 pizzas from Pizza Hut, one ICEE, a single water bottle, a customer sign, 3 small balloons, and some gift bags. The kids definitely had fun and made the most of their jump time! That said, one water bottle wasn’t enough for everyone at the table, so I’d recommend bringing extras just in case.
A couple of things stood out that could be improved:
The outside of the building wasn’t well maintained—overgrown grass, patched tar, and boarded-up neighboring doors made the place look a little rundown and unwelcoming at first glance.
Inside, however, was the complete opposite! Clean, colorful, and fun—the kids loved it.
As a first-time party host here, I wish there had been clearer information ahead of time. We weren’t sure if we could bring our own decorations or if we could substitute something else in place of cake, since not all of our guests eat cake. Because of that uncertainty, we kept things really minimal, and the party table didn’t feel as special as I’d hoped.
One suggestion would be to offer themed packages or at least color-coordinated options for balloons, plates, and tableware—especially since there are so many parties going on at once. A bit more customization would help each party feel unique.
All that said, the most important thing is that my son had a blast at his first “big” party, and for that, I’m grateful. Thanks for helping us celebrate...
