Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Concord

This store is so rude the manger hung up on me an the supervisor hungup on me all because I was trying 2 tell him how his manger disrespected me. Now this store wont even answer my call an is continually hanging up on me because they have called Id. All I did was call to order pizza an they said they dont deliver to me. So I said can you call the manger at the south cannon because they wont pick the phone up an they said that isn't there problem an all I asked them to do was call the store that wont pick the phone up. But what the 2 disrespectful Male manager and supervisor dont know is I dont have to have your name to get you in trouble because I called a different dimonos that knows both of your names an they will be turning it into a higher person then both of you. If you dont want to be at work an you show it then you shouldn't be at your job an you dont DESERVE a job at all. Everytime I call they hangup on me with attitudes an no one does nothing about it so you get what you ask for if it wasnt for the costumers you wouldn't have a pay check so I will not stop contacting anyone till I know yall are out the store this is outrageous you cant even call this store an order pizza because the employees are so mad an disrespectful to people that are not doing anything to them but try to pay them. You dont deserve a job you deserve to seat at home an loose your house so you can sit in the dark and learn that you dont disrespect someone for no reason. I hope your boss teaches you a lesson and if they dont they should be fired to an if I have to go...

Absolute last time ordering from this location after 9 years, dozens of issues with wrong orders, not giving me items I paid extra for, refusing to deliver forgotten items and this is my absolute last time chewing meat as a vegetarian when clearly I didn’t order it. This shop is careless and this is not even the first time that sausage or ham or whatever has been under my vegetable toppings. A solid disrespect to any customer who may have food allergies even if you don’t respect plant-based or non-meat eating individuals. But also how sloppy must it be in the prep station for this to be a common issue at this location? I’m highly disappointed that a place I’ve used and at times enjoyed is a place I will now continually advise to beware of to my guests and anyone who will hear. This Domino’s does not care about honoring their customer’s WRITTEN/DIGITAL or verbal order. I wouldn’t even take a free pizza from here for my troubles at this point AGAIN, even if I watched you make it at this point. After you’ve changed management and staff the behavior is the same. Please do not use this one if you want what you ordered on your pizza and nothing more— I imagine this is very crucial for those with food allergies. But also, it’s my money. I want what I paid for. I don’t eat animals. How was this and the past six times you did this fair to my wallet? And I’m not going to detail the remaining dozens of order issues. You have fast delivery, but maybe if you took your time…you wouldn’t be giving out free pizzas for forgetting a fifty cent...

We’ve eaten here over a dozen times this year alone and tonight was truly a disgusting experience. We ordered two pizzas, one of which was supposed to be no cheese (lactose issue) and one with extra cheese and pineapple. The one with no cheese had cheese on it and the other one was missing the extra toppings. Okay, no problem, mistakes happen. We call up there and they offer to remake the pizzas and deliver them, we agree, they say 45 min to an hour. We call back 2 min after phone call and offer to pick them up so they don’t have to make the trip out, the staff member thanks us and tells us to come in 10-15 min. Well my spouse went to pick them up and then we find out the order was never put in and my spouse had to wait to make them, the lady at the drive through window was so unbelievably rude. It took us an hour to have this rectified, mind you they didn’t offer anything for the inconvenience and closed the window in my husbands face. The woman working there shouldn’t be around customers, she lacks customer service skills and when it comes to you guys screwing up the least you could do is rectify it and be polite. This dominos has been hit or miss but usually it’s undercooked pizza which we just pop in the oven, it this was a whole new level. What a shame. Thanks for ruining what was supposed to be a relaxing family dinner. Very unfortunate, very unprofessional and just an overall very unpleasant experience.
