Worst dunks I've been to. Honestly, worst chain "restaurant" I've ever been to. I live within a 5 minute walk of this store and used to mobile order the same thing every weekday. Without fail, something is made wrong everyday, most often my coffee, sometimes my sandwich. Just a hazelnut swirl with cream, not complicated. Not to mention it is literally printed on the sticker on the cup, but they either put in the shot instead of swirl or nothing at all. Today I went back after 4 weeks of Starbucks. I changed things up to make it easier for them. Just a strawberry refresher, mobile ordered. Got there, took the drink from the rack, took a sip and it was peach. When I told them it isn't what I ordered, they told me they were out of strawberry so they made that. What if I was allergic? I asked them just to make my hazelnut swirl with cream instead and guess what. They made it wrong....
Read moreHave been going to this Dunkin’s since it opened and don’t usually have issues. Today I show up no one’s in line and I order my large berry burst. Moved over to wait and man that was behind me ordered his iced coffee and after a few mins got his. Next guy in line ordered his iced coffees, they all seemed to know him and well he got his before me. So 12 mins has gone by I finally ask if my drink is being made and get a little bit of attitude from the lady. I’m sorry doesn’t take almost 20 mins to make this drink as I have been to many Dunkin’s for this all over. Also it’s really not ok to play favorites to regular customers. I was the first in line (with only one person behind me, who came in a few minutes after me) and when I was finally able to order - the lady asked what I wanted and when I was halfway through my order, she interrupted me and asked the man behind me what he would like, then proceeded to get him what he ordered. Then she came back to me and said “what do you want?” And baffled, i said “i was literally in the middle of ordering…” then proceeded with my order. Idk what her deal is. She came off entitled and clearly hated her job - but it isn’t the customers fault for her misery. Regulate your emotions, be kind and treat the customers with care...
