The cashier Diarra & the manager were both very RUDE to us when we went threw the drive thru. We asked for a senior citizens tea and they gave us a kids sized cup . Which was not the size we have ever received before. When we asked for sweetner for the tea, she gave us splenda, when we asked for equal, she said they only had splenda. Every other Hardee's has equal ?? Because the senior citizens tea was so small, we asked if we could please change it to a large tea. There wasn't any one behind us in line, so there wasn't any reason for her to get an attitude with us. Rolling her eyes and being rude. If she doesn't like waiting on people, maybe she should get another job in another field. Where she doesn't have to wait on people? If you want to roll your eyes, you should turn your head where your customers can't see you do it. It's very RUDE. Our breakfast sandwiches were lukewarm, like they had been sitting around for a while. My egg was crusty & the crust on the bread was hard. I'm not a dog looking for scraps. I work hard for my money & when I stop somewhere to grab a bite to eat, I expect my food to be good & to be treated with respect. My money spends anywhere. Read moreWorst restaurant visit ever!! I came through the drive through around 1:30 today. I watched the 2 cars before me go back inside for having an incorrect order. When I got my order, it was also wrong. After fixing my order, they forgot my drink. When I got my order, an item was missing ( or so I thought). I went in and was met by a rude, hostile, confrontational and extremely unprofessional crew. They did not believe that anything was missing and wanted to go to my car and see my food. When I explained that I would gladly show them my order, but shouldn’t have to go through all of this, the manager literally waved his hand to dismiss me and told the crew to take the next order. I then went to my car and found that there was no missing item and went back in to apologize. After apologizing, I once again explained that I should not have gone through all the hostility. It wasn’t about the missing food ( which in this case there wasn’t), it was how I was treated, which was hostile and rude. Had I not been a reasonable man, this situation would have been much worse. It is workers like that who are the reason people scoff when hard working fast food employees insist on a wage increase.
