IF i ever come back i hope to not see her still employed... telling people she will spit in their drink... in front of other customers? You really think this is a situation up for discussion?!? After covid I can't believe someone would even think of threatening something like that. You'll be lucky if the customer she said that to doesnt call the cops! So NO I will NOT be messaging you about this at all... in fact I can't believe you even responded with anything other than "Im sorry for yout experience at our location and the manager in question is under review or is no longer working at this establishment. Assistant manager is absolutely appalling... food and drinks have been great since open. HOWEVER she treats customers horribly and has ruined the good atmosphere the store used to have. She has no accountability and when she's asked questions she snaps back and even threatens people's orders (not the customers themselves but their food or drink) heard her tell someone that's a regular that if they came back she would "spit in their drink".... what a HORRIBLE way to treat people.... Read moreThis USED to be my favorite location until an employee threatened to spit in my drink if I returned. Ive never met a more hostile employee. I ordered 20 mins ahead of my planned pickup but when I arrived, the pickup window had a very small note on it that said "drive thru only". I ordered ahead to avoid any waiting times and I ordered super early as to not stress the employees out either. Upon arriving I had to wait another 15 mins in the drive thru line after they flat out ignored me at the PICK UP WINDOW. I understand staffing issues and the stress of the job, but I was perturbed and growing increasingly late to my appt. When I asked why they didnt have the order ahead feature turned off to avoid this type of situation she stated that she had no control over the app and maybe I should find a different store. When I informed her I come there at least twice a week, she stated " well maybe next time I'll spit in your drink", then slammed the window in my face and refused to come back. Read moreThis has to have been the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. I'm not from around here, and thought a drive thru only Starbucks would have been pretty fast. I was definitely wrong. Minimum 20 cars circled around the entire building. Ended up parking in Hardee's to walk over to Starbucks.
I did a mobile order and it took 25 mins to get the full order. I was handed two hot sandwiches which were luke warm to begin with. Then had to wait an additional 15 minutes for our drinks ...the food should have came out with the drinks. It's not great eating cold sandwiches, especially when you're spending $24.00. And the iced coffee order was not correct. You pay $1.25 for extra creme brulee cold foam to get barely any cold foam and definitely not creme brulee. Needless to say whenever I come back to St. Louis I'll be avoiding this Starbucks...
