Subway — Restaurant in Concord

first, I’d like to say that I have Not been to Subway since my first visit about 20 years ago. I didn’t like the atmosphere, and the food was just OK. My daughter Recently bought a sandwich there and t Told me how much she loved it. , I ordered a turkey sandwich online. I was able to pick what I wanted on it and what I didn’t want on it. It was so easy! I ordered this to pick up about an hour from when I was ordering it. I was able to use my coupon for $6.99 for a foot-long. Yay! When I walked in the woman behind the counter was assisting another customer. I asked her a quick question, and she responded instantly. My sandwich was sitting on the shelf with my name on it. It was still cold, So I know it was just put out in time for me to pick up. When I Ate my sandwich I was pleasantly surprised. It was exactly as I ordered it and it was delicious. There was no skimping on the meat, lettuce, or the tomatoes. An all-around great place to get a sandwich. I Did give a two dollar tip, Which I don’t normally do when I’m picking up food that I ordered online. I wish I would’ve given more. Although I’m so happy about the price with the coupon, I would definitely pay full price. Kudos to the store I visited. I will definitely be back....

I want to preface this by saying that it is the middle of winter and 30 degrees outside and I went to subway after getting out of the shower while my hair was still a little wet. I went inside and everything was great, I continuously said yes ma'am and no ma'am to the employee who was making my sandwich, but my nose was slightly runny because of the cold outside (I am not sick or anything I just sniffled my nose a few times while I was inside). When the employee went to put my sandwich in the toaster, she had her back turned to me and out of nowhere, after showing no previous signs of a runny nose or sniffling or anything, she looks at her coworker and sniffles 3 or 4 times in a row very quickly. Her coworker made a silent gesture to show that she was trying to contain her laughter. I didn't really say anything else after I saw those events occur because it just made me really sad that I was being as respectful as I was to get matched with that kind of energy. I drive 45 mins everytme i want Subway just to come to this store. It's by far the cleanest restaurant in the state, The best customer service you could dream for these days in time. But the one that I'm blessed to see is a bigger fella named Adam I believe it said on his hat. Treated me with respect gave me the best recommendation ever with the Chicken Bacon Ranch yummmy!!! And held a covnvo with me while making the most perfect lookin sandwich I've ever seen gotta say it don't lose that one! The other time I came was during the day and had 2 ladies that did just as good one must have been the manager she had a special shirt on with black hair and the other girl have blue in her fair with a hat on their's was perfect too..
